Methods and arrangements for determining at least one employment trait of an individual from online activity. Collecting a plurality of employment task data points from a plurality of online sources, wherein each employment task comprises a data set indicative of a path taken by at least one individual from a starting point to an ending point, wherein the starting point and ending point are defined on the basis of common parameters. The collected plurality of employment task data points are assessed, to determine an employment trend of the individual and creating at least one profile of the individual based on the determined employment trend. At least one profile is stored at a data storage location. Other variants and embodiments are broadly contemplated herein.

Determining working style and traits

Methods, systems, and computer program products for effective utilization of idle cycles of users are provided herein. A computer-implemented method includes identifying periods of a user's idle time by analyzing user activity data; obtaining measurements for parameters of the user's working environment; determining activities to present to the user during the identified periods of idle time by deriving user interests in view of user actions; matching one of the determined activities to one of the identified periods of idle time based on the obtained measurements; delivering, to the user, an activity that is representative of the matched activity, wherein the representative activity comprises an abbreviated activity sharing similarities with the matched activity; and delivering the matched activity to the user during the identified periods of idle time in response to a positive user response to the representative activity.

Effective utilization of idle cycles of users

A computer implemented method, system, and/or computer program product optimize a shared service delivery system. A model of an existing shared service delivery system is created. Capacity of the existing shared service delivery system is defined according to required resources for existing projects, new projects, and proposed projects. Existing cells of practitioners in the existing shared service delivery system are identified, and any gaps or gluts of capacity in the existing cells of practitioners are identified according to a general predetermined resource requirement for the shared service delivery system.

Techniques for generating one or more formatted documents are provided. The techniques include receiving content from one or more data sources, enabling specification of one or more formatting elements to be used in one or more generated formatted documents, enabling specification of a structure to be used in the one or more generated formatted documents, enabling specification of a style of the one or more formatting elements to be used in the one or more generated formatted documents, and generating one or more formatted documents based on the specifications.
