The present invention relates in general to working machines with working units which are subject to fluctuating loads or have a fluctuating power consumption. The invention relates in particular to a drive train assembly for driving such a working unit, the drive train assembly having a flywheel accumulator for mitigating the load impacts or load fluctuations. According to the invention, a starting aid for easier starting up of the flywheel accumulator into its desired operating speed range is provided, the starting aid having a planetary transmission, which is connected in terms of drive to the flywheel accumulator, and a control actuator for braking and/or accelerating a planetary transmission element in order to adjust the step-up/step-down ratio of the planetary transmission when starting up the flywheel accumulator. Furthermore, for refined smoothing of the power consumption in the started-up working mode, a control device is provided which accelerates and can brake the flywheel accumulator cyclically by adjusting the planetary transmission in accordance with the operating fluctuations of the working unit.

Drive train assembly for driving a working unit with a fluctuating load

The invention relates to a construction- and/or material-handling machine such as a crane, excavator or tracked vehicle, comprising an internal combustion engine that drives one or more energy-consuming devices such as a pump, winch, actuator for a structure or working-unit drives of the construction- and/or material-handling machine via a mechanical drive train. According to the invention, an electric drive for driving the mechanical drive train is provided and can be engaged by means of a clutch and decoupled from the mechanical drive train.

The invention relates to a vibration generator for piling machines, compactors or other construction machines, having at least two unbalance trains, each comprising unbalanced masses which are rotatingly drivable by a drive apparatus, and an adjustment apparatus for adjusting the phase position of the rotating unbalanced masses relative to each other. According to the invention, the unbalanced masses of different unbalance trains are arranged coaxially without a fixed transmission ratio relative to each other, wherein the unbalanced masses of a first unbalance train are arranged between the unbalanced masses, coaxial therewith, of a second unbalance train, and the drive apparatus is designed to drive the unbalance trains with rotation speed differences which are variable relative to each other.

A drilling apparatus in the form of a Kelly drilling rig including a drilling tool holder for holding a drill rod, in particular a Kelly bar, which can be rotatably driven by a rotary drive via a gearbox, wherein the gearbox includes a gearbox housing with multiple gearbox elements rotatably mounted therein. The present invention relates to a hydraulic unit with a housing in which a hydraulic converter is accommodated, which is coupled with a drive shaft that includes a connecting shaft piece located outside the housing for connection to a mechanical drive element The invention furthermore relates to a hydraulic driving device with such hydraulic unit and to a drive train connecting piece to which the hydraulic unit is connected. It is proposed to integrate a clutch for connecting and disconnecting the hydraulic unit into the hydraulic unit itself, so that a mechanical drive train, to which the hydraulic unit is connected, can remain unchanged or need not especially be adapted to the clutch. In accordance with the invention, a clutch for coupling and uncoupling the connecting shaft piece of the hydraulic unit to and from the hydraulic converter of the hydraulic unit is accommodated in the housing of the hydraulic unit.

Hydraulic unit

A working machine including a working assembly that can be driven by an engine, with the engine being connectable to the working assembly via a power branching transmission including a first mechanical power branch and a second electric or hydraulic power branch, the first and second power branches being combined by a summation transmission that can be coupled to the working assembly on the output side and provides a variable transmission ratio between the first mechanical power branch and the working assembly that can be adjusted by the rotational speed of the second electric or hydraulic power branch. A blocking device is provided for blocking the variability of the transmission ratio that can be adjusted between the first mechanical power branch and the output side of the summation transmission by the rotational speed of the second electric or hydraulic power branch.

A vibrator for generating vibrations. An exciter cell having rotationally drivable unbalanced masses that are rotatably supported in an exciter cell housing and having an adjustment unit for adjusting the phase position of the unbalanced masses relative to one another. The adjustment unit is configured as a planetary gearing that has at least two input trains to which the unbalanced masses of the exciter cell are coupled that are adjustable in phase relative to one another and that has an adjustment input train for changing the phase position of the output trains of the planetary gearing.

The invention relates to a cable winch, preferably a sprocket-type large cable winch for deep-sea applications, having a cable drum, the end faces of which are enclosed by end discs, and having at least one drive unit for driving the cable drum. The drive unit comprises a motor and a gear mechanism which on the output side drives an output wheel, said wheel being in engagement with a drive wheel, preferably in the form of a sprocket, provided on one of the end discs. According to the invention, the output wheel of the drive unit is arranged between motor and gear mechanism, and the motor and the gear mechanism extend towards different sides of the end disc.

Power split transmission

The present disclosure relates to a self-propelled surface milling cutter, with a working assembly comprising a rotatingly drivable drum body, and at least one drum drive unit which is accommodated in the interior of the drum body and forms at least part of a rotatable bearing of the drum body on a drum supporting frame, wherein the at least one drum drive unit includes a stationary drive part attached to the drum supporting frame and a rotatable drive part connected with the drum body. The rotatable drive part of the drum drive unit is mounted on the drum body by a positive entrainment connection in a torque-transmitting, but longitudinally movable manner. The entrainment connection rotatorily entrains the drum body, in order to be able to transmit the rotary drive movements of the drive part to the drum body.
