A carrier roller for a conveyor belt may be configured to be rotatable about an axis of rotation and may include a roll element with a rolling support region that is configured to provide rolling support for the conveyor belt. The rolling support region is rotationally symmetrical with respect to the axis of rotation of the carrier roller and has different diameters along its axial extension, including a maximum diameter and a minimum diameter. The minimum diameter of the rolling support region is at least 95% and at most 99.8% of the maximum diameter of the rolling support region. Carrier roller stations and belt conveyor systems may employ such carrier rollers.

Carrier rollers for conveyor belt systems

The instant invention relates to a steep conveying installation for arranging on a slope of an open-cast mining glory hole, by means of which raw materials can be transported from a lower height level, in particular from a mining floor of the open-cast mine, to an upper height level, in particular formed by a soil, encompassing a line arranged on the slope. According to the invention, provision is made for a first conveying basket and for a second conveying basket, which conveying baskets can be displaced on the line between the lower height level and the upper height level and are embodied to receive the raw materials, wherein the conveying baskets are in contact with one another via at least one common traction means.

Steep conveying installation for open-cast mining

A conveyor belt system includes a conveyor belt extending in a conveying direction and support roller arrangements spaced apart from each other along the conveyor belt and each having six support rollers annularly distributed around the outer periphery of the conveyor belt, thereby imparting a tubular shape to the conveyor belt. The support roller arrangements each include a first group having support rollers and at least one support roller offset relative thereto in the conveying direction and peripheral direction. A distance determined along the conveying direction between the first group of support rollers and the at least one support roller of the same support roller arrangement offset relative thereto measures between 15% and 85% of a distance between the first group of the support roller arrangement and the first group of the next support roller arrangement in the conveying direction.

Conveyor belt system

A conveyor belt system includes a conveyor belt extending in a longitudinal direction and a plurality of support roller stations disposed at a distance from each other in the longitudinal direction and on which the conveyor belt is supported by support rollers. The conveyor belt is formed from a flexible base material and a plurality of unconnected traction devices which determine the tensile strength or rigidity of the conveyor belt and which extend in the longitudinal direction. As seen in the cross-section of the conveyor belt and with respect to a desired position on a central belt section supported on a support roller of the support roller station, the tensile strength or rigidity relative to the belt width is less than on laterally adjoining belt sections which are not supported in the desired position by a support roller. A conveyor belt is also provided.

Conveyor belt system and conveyor belt

A conveyor belt system includes a conveyor belt running in longitudinal direction and support roller assemblies spaced apart along the conveyor belt and each having four support rollers distributed about the outer periphery of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is shaped into a tube having overlapping edges by an annular positioning of the support rollers. The conveyor belt extends, viewed in cross-section, from an edge lying on the inside at the overlap in a circumferential direction to an edge lying on the outside. The edges overlap at a last support roller, viewed in circumferential direction, and a distance between the last support roller, viewed in circumferential direction, and a center of gravity of a clear profile bounded by the support rollers is greater than a corresponding distance of the adjacently lying first support roller in circumferential direction.

A multiple roll crusher is provided for crushing of mineral material, more particularly of coal or oil sand. The multiple roll crusher includes at least three crusher rolls ('), the rotation axes (R) of which lie in parallel to each other and horizontal or roughly horizontal. All directly neighboring crusher rolls (&#x2032;) have opposite directions of rotation. A connecting line (V) of the rotation axes (R) has at least one kink.
