The present invention relates to a subassembly for a refrigerating and/or freezing apparatus, wherein the subassembly has at least one air inlet and at least one air outlet, wherein the subassembly is designed in one piece and wherein at least one air guidance device is provided in the subassembly, which is manufactured such that it guides air essentially on a horizontal plane.
