The present invention determines which network devices are likely to have a positive result in engagements with terminal devices. A server can obtain data about network devices with respect to the communication session with a network site. Then the server can use rules to define a set of network devices that are eligible to interact or communicate with a terminal device. The server can connect to the network devices as randomly as possible. Terminal devices can initiate engagements with network devices. The server can detect characteristics in the interaction of engagements that have positive results. The server generates an evaluation protocol based on the characteristics, to assign new network devices a parameter representing how close the new network device conforms to the evaluation protocol. The parameter is used by the system in real-time to inform terminal devices as to which network devices to connect to and in what order.

System and methods for facilitating object assignments

The system of the present invention provides systems and methods for selling goods and services on, over, through, and in conjunction with the Internet. The system receives session (clickstream) information on a customer's website session from the enterprise's website and may also receive customer information on the customer from the enterprise's CRM or eCRM system. The session information referred to comprises the goods or services the customer is searching and metadata about such search and the relevant products, such as the surfing pattern itself. The system determines from the received information, based on the interaction between matching rules created using the system by the enterprise and the system's matching engine, whether the customer is a candidate for assistance from a sales associate. The system creates and indexes information on available sales associates and their performance, selling capabilities and product expertise. The system further matches the customer with at least one sales associate, ideally the most appropriate sales associate, based on the customer, session, and sales profile associate information, and facilitates communication between the sales associate and the customer. Additionally, the system provides information on the customer, products or services the customer is interested in, and the collateral sales materials (both internal and external to the enterprise) and selling techniques to the sales associate based on the particular sales opportunity. The system facilitates communication between the sales associate and the customer on the basis of chat, voice over IP, email and the public switched telephone network, including the concept of bridging a chat session into a PSTN conference call during which call the sales associate and customer maintain a co-browsing session with regard to the opportunity over the Internet.

Third enterprises maintaining billing accounts associated with the users. There is an interactive interface that displays account balances and bills. The user, through the interactive interface, commands payment of a bill from an account by drag and drop.

System and method for syndicated transactions

A Web server hosted by a first enterprise has a first mechanism receiving a request for information or services to be provided to an end user, and a second mechanism determining whether the request comes directly from the end user, or from a server hosted by a second enterprise. If the request is determined by the second mechanism to come from the server hosted by the second enterprise, any information or service provided to the end user by the first enterprise is identified as coming from the second enterprise.

A personal information collection and delivery system has a collection component executed by a first enterprise, for collecting information for specific individuals from a plurality of information provider's sites, an aggregation component executed by the first enterprise, for aggregating and storing the collected information identified for individual ones of the specific individuals; and a plurality of delivery components executed by a like plurality of second enterprises, for delivering said aggregated information to the specific individuals. This system is characterized in that delivery is distinguished to individual ones of the second enterprises. In some cases the information providers are the second enterprises that manage delivery, in which case they may limit access according to a variety of variables. Also in some cases the providers also provide transactions services, and the specific individuals connecting through the system may accomplish transactions, which may include drag-and-drop implementation.

System and method for syndicated collection, aggregation and delivery of personal data

A software-based syndication and filtering platform for a first Web server hosted by a first enterprise has a rules-based filter for interacting with communications from customers of the first enterprise, the communications coming from a second Web-site of a second enterprise, and a discrimination layer for providing specific services to said customers according to one or more characteristics of the Web site of the second enterprise. In some cases there is also a layer for interacting with a third Web server hosted by a third enterprise. In preferred embodiments the services include a broad range of transaction capabilities.

A method of gathering sales information is provided. The method may involve linking, based on a matching score, a sales associate to a customer for assisting in an online sales transaction, and providing the sales associate with best practices information to use during the transaction. The best practices information may have been gathered by monitoring online sales transactions between sales associates and customers, indexing information and sales techniques used by the sales associates during the online sales transactions, and ranking and dynamically re-ranking the information and sales techniques based at least in part on the outcome of the corresponding online sales transaction.

Additionally, the system can provide information on the customer, products or services in which he/she is interested, and collateral sales materials and selling techniques to the sales associate based on the sales opportunity.
