A system for functional domain based information technology selection and replacement is provided. Applications for each of multiple entities are associated with a set of functional domains. The set of functional domains are associated with a set of ecosystems. Data is complied for each ecosystem. Applications are adopted for one entity associated with an ecosystem, for each ecosystem, based on compiled data.

Ecosytem based application selection and replacement

A method is provided for estimating information technology integration costs. Capital data, staffing data, and integration goal data associated with a target enterprise are recorded. Capital data includes at least one of infrastructure data, computer data, network element data, and retail store data. Staffing data includes information technology staff data, employee data, and contractor data. Recorded data includes the capital data, the staffing data, and the integration goal data. A back office cost, a retail cost, an infrastructure cost, and a computer cost are estimated based on the recorded data associated with the target enterprise. The back office cost, the retail cost, the infrastructure cost and the computer cost are combined to produce an information technology integration cost. The information technology integration cost is output by an output device.

A system for web services management is provided. The system includes a plurality of web services, a catalog of business services, and an orchestration service. Each business service corresponds to one or more web services. The orchestration service can invoke an appropriate web service when a business service is selected from the catalog.

Web services management architecture

A system is provided for advising in the selection of products to offer customers. The system includes one or more data stores that contain sets of product selection related data including customer information, and product and service related to telecommunications products and services. The system includes an integration layer, a product advisor engine and a profile. The integration layer contains multiple components operable to retrieve data from the appropriate data stores. The product advisor engine analyzes the data retrieved by the integration layer components to select products to offer to customers while the customer is in communication with the customer service representative. The profile is generated by the product advisor engine and includes at least one customer product offering.
