The method includes determining, based on the first control message, whether the first spatial filter causes an interference on the third wireless node. The transceiver initiates a first channel occupancy ('CO') using at least one transmit panel in response to a successful Listen-Before-Talk procedure and transmits a directional transmission using a first transmit panel, the first transmit panel selected from the plurality of transmit panels. The processor determines whether the directional transmission was successfully received by a recipient and updates a first contention window size specific to the first transmit panel. The processor performs a subsequent Listen-Before-Talk procedure using the updated first contention window size prior to a subsequent directional transmission using the first transmit panel.

One method includes receiving information indicating a sidelink failure detection resource set corresponding to at least one configured sidelink bandwidth part. The multiple points are associated with a primary group of points or a secondary group of points. The method includes performing channel measurements using the at least one non-zero power channel state information reference signal resource set. The method includes generating a set of channel state information reports based on the channel state information report configuration information.

A higher layer configuration message can be received that indicates a set of resource blocks for receiving data packets in at least one symbol of a subframe. An attempt can be made to decode a data packet in a first set of resource elements within the set of resource blocks. The first set of resource elements can be in the at least one symbol of the subframe. An attempt can be made to decode the data packet in at least a second set of resource elements within the set of resource blocks. The second set of resource elements can be in the at least one symbol of the subframe. The second set of resource elements can include at least one resource element that is not in the first set of resource elements. The data packet in one of the first set of resource elements and the second set of resource elements can be successfully decoded. A data payload of the decoded data packet can be delivered to an application layer.

Method and apparatus for low latency transmissions

For transmitting an uplink channel, one apparatus includes a processor and a transceiver that that communicates with a User Equipment ('UE') in a mobile communication network. The processor receives, from the UE, a first uplink channel on a first uplink resource and receiving, from the UE, a second uplink channel on a second uplink resource, where the first uplink resource and the second uplink resource at least partially overlap in time, and where the first uplink channel is for a first transmission and reception point (“TRP”) and the second uplink channel is for a second TRP, wherein the first TRP is different than the second TRP.

One method includes transmitting, from a first network node ('NN'), an indication of repeater-assisted communication to a second NN and a third NN. The method includes transmitting configuration information to the second NN and the third NN. The configuration information includes control information that corresponds to whether the second NN and the third NN are turned on or turned off, the control information corresponding to whether the second NN and the third NN are turned on or turned off is correlated, the control information identifies timing information for the second NN and the third NN, and the timing information indicates whether the second NN and the third NN are expected to transmit a signal received at the second NN and the third NN at a prior time to the first NN and/or a fourth NN based on the configuration information.

Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for directional LBT procedure for DRS transmission. One apparatus includes a processor and a transceiver that is operable on unlicensed spectrum. The processor indicates block locations within a Discovery Reference Signal ('DRS') transmission window for a plurality of candidate Synchronization Signal/Physical Broadcast Channel (“SS/PBCH”) blocks. The processor performs a Listen-Before-Talk (“LBT”) procedure for a plurality of DRS transmissions within a DRS transmission window and controls the transceiver to transmit—for a given spatial direction—a SS/PBCH block upon successful LBT for the given spatial direction.

Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for resource attribute configuration. One method includes receiving a first configuration for a resource. The first configuration includes a first parameter indicating a time-domain attribute associated with the resource, and the time-domain attribute is hard, soft, and/or unavailable. The method includes receiving a second configuration for the resource. The second configuration includes a second parameter indicating a frequency-domain attribute associated with the resource, and the frequency-domain attribute is hard, soft, and/or unavailable. The method includes determining an attribute for the resource based on the time-domain attribute and the frequency-domain attribute. The attribute is hard, soft, and/or unavailable. The method includes, in response to determining that the attribute is soft: determining whether the resource is indicated as available; and performing an operation on the resource.

A radio resource control message comprising an indication of a random access channel preamble, a reference signal resource, or both can be received. A reference signal can be received on the reference signal resource. A random access channel preamble can be selected based at least in part on the reference signal satisfying a threshold. The method includes operating a device with multiple antenna port groups for communication between the device and a network.
