A system for robotic process automation enabled file dissection for error diagnosis and correction is provided. The system comprises a memory device; a communication device in communication with a network; and a processing device operatively coupled to the memory device and the communication device, wherein the processing device is configured to: detect an operation executed by the user in an application on a user device; based on detecting the operation executed by the user, reproduce, using a robotic process automation module, the operation in parallel with execution of the operation by the user to generate a simulated operation; and store the simulated first operation in a user operation record.

Robotic process automation enabled file dissection for error diagnosis and correction

One or more aspects of the disclosure generally relate to computing devices, computing systems, and computer software that may be used for capturing and extracting fragmented data and for data processing using machine learning. Some aspects disclosed herein are directed to, for example, a system and method comprising generating a display for receiving fragmented data associated with a user. The method may comprise sending, to a user device associated with the user, the display for receiving fragmented data. A computing device may receive, from the user device and via the display for receiving fragmented data, first fragmented data associated with the user. The computing device may extract a plurality of data entries from the first fragmented data. A request for data associated with a first data entry of the plurality of data entries may be sent to the user device. The computing device may determine a data category for each data entry of the plurality of data entries. Based on the determined data category for each data entry of the plurality of data entries, the method may comprise determining one or more of a number of entries in each data category or an amount associated with each data category.

Capturing and extracting fragmented data and data processing using machine learning

Embodiments of the invention are directed to providing a robotic process automation enabled file diagnosis and correction. The invention leverages the unique interactions of a robotic process automation module with a user interface of an application to simulate user operations with the user device to generate an operation record for automatically generating and transmitting a diagnosis and correction request to a workstation. The robotic automation module may execute simulated user operations in parallel with the operations of the user to be able to provide a detailed record of the user's operational steps should an error occur such as a program crash, file corruption, or the like.

Apparatus and methods may enable a primary to add a co-applicant via phone number to initiate a three-way communication. The primary applicant and the co-applicant can submit their confidential content along with other inputs from their own device after biometric authentication. Consent to submit a final application can be taken separately from each applicant through biometric capabilities on their own personal devices. A chat-bot may orchestrate and collect information for application fulfillment in parallel from both the applicants. Confidential content of one applicant, such as a social security number, may be kept hidden from disclosure to a co-applicant. Interaction among applicants may be across one or more communication channels.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for security confidence calculation for digital wallet integration. In this way, the invention provides instantaneous access to new payment methods, such as credit cards with prevention of misappropriation based on user device security confidence and token presentation. As such, the system allows for instant application approval, authorization, and instant integration of credit cards to a user's digital wallet. Thus allowing a user to instantaneously use the new credit card via his/her digital wallet without having to wait for the physical card to be received and activated.
