The present disclosed technology relates to a downhole tool activation device, and a method of using the device, where the valve is configured to open when the counter device has moved an activation distance in an activation direction, a piston engaged with the counter device, having a wellbore pressure from a fluid source applied to a first side, and a pressure in a fluid reservoir applied to the second side, the piston configured to move a step distance in a first direction when the wellbore pressure exceeds the pressure in the fluid reservoir, and configured to move a step distance in an opposite direction driven solely by a greater pressure in the fluid reservoir than the wellbore pressure, and a flow restrictor in fluid communication with the fluid reservoir and fluid source, configured to restrict the flow of fluid between the fluid source to the fluid reservoir.

Multi-cycle counter system

A completion pipe comprising a plug arrangement and a method for arranging a completion pipe in a well. The arrangement includes a disintegratable plug element arranged in a plug housing in a pipe string, a seal element arranged to seal between the plug element and the pipe string. The plug element is movable in the axial direction of the pipe string between a first position and a second position.

Moveable disintegratable plug element

A shearable sleeve supports a disintegrable plug element in a pipe string, and may include a first portion including a first circumferential end surface, a seat for supporting the disintegrable plug element, a second portion including a second circumferential end surface, and a surface extending axially between the first and second circumferential end surfaces and formed with one or more radial protrusions adapted to shear off from the rest of the sleeve when being exposed to a predefined axial force, and one or more recesses for receiving one or more loading devices for initiating disintegration of the disintegrable plug element upon contact with the plug, wherein one or more radial protrusions is/are axially offset relative to the first circumferential end surface. A plug device, as well as a plug assembly in a pipe string, may include the shearable sleeve.

Shearable sleeve

A barrier plug assembly for sealing a subterranean wellbore is located inside a tubing and can comprise a frangible barrier element stacked on a carrier ring, a locking sleeve located above the carrier ring and located in a closed fluid chamber, a valve located on the closed fluid chamber and in pressure communication with the tubing, a retaining device configured for locking the a carrier ring in place, a crushing element located a distance below the frangible barrier element and configured for crushing the frangible barrier element. The valve can be configured for allowing or preventing fluid communication in between the tubing and the fluid chamber.

Plugging device

Disclosed is a plug arrangement including glass arranged in one or more seats in a plug housing, the seat or seats forming support members supporting the glass or glasses in an axial direction. At least one of the support members includes an axially displaceable split sleeve which, in one direction, includes a support ring/face abutting against the glass, and in the other direction a number of split sleeve arms arranged to rest against an edge arranged in the plug housing.

Disintergratable plug element

An inflow assembly for use in a subterranean well, which inflow assembly is arranged to prevent one or more fractions of the produced medium from entering the production tubing, comprises at least one chamber containing within it at least three floating/sinking elements, the chamber having an inlet/opening facing in the inflow direction into the chamber, and having an outlet that is open to flow directly from the inlet/opening without being blocked by the floating/sinking element when a desired medium is produced, where the middle one of the elements is arranged to block the outlet aperture from the chamber when undesired medium is produced, whilst the two other elements have the task of forming a movable floor and a movable ceiling in the chamber.

Inflow assembly

A barrier plug assembly for sealing a subterranean wellbore arranged inside a tubing, the barrier plug assembly comprising: at least one frangible barrier element stacked on a carrier ring; a locking sleeve arranged above the carrier ring and located in a closed fluid chamber; a valve arranged on the closed fluid chamber and in pressure communication with the tubing, the valve configured or allowing or preventing pressure communication in between the tubing and the fluid chamber; a retaining device configured for locking the a carrier ring in place; a crushing element arranged a distance below the one frangible barrier element and configured for crushing the at least one frangible barrier element.

Plug arrangement comprising a disintegratable plug element

A downhole valve having: a valve body with a longitudinal main passage; an annular chamber arranged in the valve body; at least one valve port extending from the main passage, through the annular chamber and to an outside of the valve. The downhole valve further includes a sleeve disposed at least partially within the chamber. The sleeve is movable in response to an application of fluid pressure to the annular chamber via a fluid channel extending from the main passage to the annular chamber. The sleeve is movable between a closed position in which the sleeve blocks the at least one valve port and an open position in which the sleeve does not block the at least one valve port.

Downhole tool having a dissolvable plug

A sealing device relates to a plug that includes a crusher mechanism, where the sealing device includes one or more glass layers positionable in a wellbore. The glass in a barrier phase bears against at least one seat or support sleeve arranged axially displaceably in the wellbore, where the at least one seat or support sleeve bears against the glass by means of a supporting hydraulic fluid in a pressure support chamber, the seat or support sleeve being configured to be released, be displaced axially, and to crush the glass when the supporting hydraulic fluid is released from the pressure support chamber.

Destruction mechanism for a dissolvable sealing device

A downhole valve has a housing with a longitudinal main passage and at least one valve port extending from the main passage and through the housing, a valve member is arranged in the main passage, the valve member arranged to cover the at least one valve port, wherein at least a part of the valve member is made of a degradable material which is reactive to water or a well fluid, and has a surface coating of a material which is non-reactive to water or the well fluid.
