A manifold system with a manifold body having a length greater than a width and a height of the manifold body, a top surface with a first groove extending along a length of the manifold body, a bottom surface with a second groove extending along a length of the manifold body, at least one mounting hole extending through one of a first side surface or a second side surface of the manifold body and through one of the first groove or the second groove, a plurality of connection fittings including at least one connection fitting on each of the first and second side surfaces of the manifold body, at least one internal passage way within the manifold body fluidly connecting at least two of the plurality of connection fittings, and at least one fastening element removably engaged within the at least one mounting hole.

Manifold system

A manifold system with a manifold body having a length greater than a width and a height of the manifold body, a top surface with a first groove extending along the entire length of the manifold body, a bottom surface with a second groove extending along the entire length of the manifold body, at least one mounting hole extending through one of a first side surface or a second side surface of the manifold body and through one of the first groove or the second groove, a plurality of connection fittings including at least one connection fitting on each of the first and second side surfaces of the manifold body, at least one internal passage way within the manifold body fluidly connecting at least two of the plurality of connection fittings, and at least one fastening element removably engaged within the at least one mounting hole.

The present invention provides a system that automatically purges contaminants from an air pressure tank when the emergency brakes of a vehicle are set. In one preferred embodiment, the system comprises a valve comprising an input port, an exhaust port, and a control port. The input port is in fluid connection with a drain on the pressurized air tank, and the control port is in fluid connection with an emergency brake line of the vehicle. When the emergency brakes are engaged, the valve is open such that the input port and the exhaust port are in fluid connection operable for air and contaminants from the pressurized air tank to be expelled from the pressurized air tank through the exhaust port. When the emergency brakes are not engaged, the valve is closed such that the input port and exhaust port are not in fluid connection.

Automatic air tank purge system

A system module, manifold system and method for installing and/or attaching a manifold system to a trailer/dolly system module. The manifold system includes groove and at least one fastener for securing the manifold system to the system module.

An anti-lock brake system module for a trailer or dolly, including a module panel having a front side and a back side facing in an opposite direction to the front side, a plurality of anti-lock brake system components, at least a portion of the components attached to the front side of the module panel and at least a portion of the components attached to the back side of the module panel, the plurality of anti-lock brake system components including an anti-lock brake valve and an electronic control unit, and a mounting element for removably connecting the module panel to a mounting location, such as an I-beam, of the trailer or dolly.

Brake system module removably attachable to a vehicle

An apparatus and method for mounting a trailer/dolly air brake system module onto a mounting surface of a trailer/dolly using a mounting element. More particularly, a trailer/dolly air brake system module is mounted to an I-beam or C-channel of the trailer/dolly via welding methods, fasteners, or clamps. This allows the trailer/dolly air brake system module to be easily removable and replaceable, minimizing trailer/dolly down time as well as diagnostic troubleshooting/repair time. More particularly, the system module is for a trailer/dolly air brake system module. The method allows for continued use of a trailer/dolly vehicle.
