A projectile launching apparatus for cleaning the inner surface of a tube by forcing a projectile through the tube, comprising: a main body containing a breech chamber terminating in an exit port, wherein the breech chamber is provided with a loading port in a side thereof for radially loading a projectile into the breech chamber; a slide disposed on an exterior surface of the main body, the slide being axially movable between a first position wherein the loading port is exposed for loading of a projectile into the breech chamber and a second position wherein the loading port and the breech chamber are sealed; a gas gun operatively connected to the main body in pneumatic communication with the breech chamber; and an exit nozzle connected to the exit port and being connectable to a first end of the tube to be cleaned.

Projectile launcher

An air-powered conveyor belt cleaner is configured with a spinner manifold with cleaning heads having nozzles that output air against a conveyor belt and an opposing catch tray assembly that catches dislodged sesame seeds and small debris or particles from the cleaned conveyor belt. A hanging bracket attaches to opposing sides of the conveyor belt's frame and uses rollers to direct the conveyor belt in a temporarily vertical direction while the air-powered conveyor belt cleaner operates. Once the conveyor belt is vertically-oriented, plant air is directed to inlets at the spinner manifold, which is then output through nozzles perpendicularly arranged relative to the conveyor belt. The cleaning heads are adapted to rotate while operating to increase the agitation against the conveyor belt. The tips of the nozzles/tubes are bent at an obtuse angle to create a thrust caused by the output air.

Tube cleaning machine

A cleaning device and system operable to a continuous conveyor is shown. The cleaning assembly is operable to clean debris from the continuous conveyer. The cleaning device comprises a cleaning assembly mounted below a lower conveyor belt. The cleaning assembly is pivotable to form an angle with respect to a direction of the lower conveyor run. The cleaning assembly has a removable cartridge having a shaft with a pair of ends and having a cylindrical cleaner mounted on said shaft.

Inverted brushless conveyor belt cleaner system

A conveyor belt cleaner system comprising a platen positioned transversely of the conveyor belt; a steam chamber transversely disposed over a first portion of the conveyor belt, the steam chamber including a tubular steam header; a vacuum chamber adjacent the steam chamber and disposed over a second portion of the conveyor belt, the vacuum chamber having an outlet connectable to a source of vacuum; a first wiper in wiping contact with the conveyor belt defining an entrance to the steam chamber; a second wiper having a discontinuous wiping surface defining a septum between the vacuum and steam chambers; a third wiper defining an exit from the vacuum chamber; and apparatus including a rotatable bolt cooperative with the steam header to vary the width of steam application from the steam header onto the conveyor belt in accordance with a width of conveyor belt presented to the conveyor belt cleaner system.

Portable brushless conveyor belt cleaner system

A system for collecting waste fluid and debris from cleaning of an air handler mounted in a wall, comprising a one-piece shroud disposable on the air handler assembly, the shroud including a hood portion and a funnel portion connected by left and right sides, the shroud having a front opening and a rear opening between the hood and the funnel; a left bracket and a right bracket having respective left and right flanges disposable between left and right sides of the air handler assembly and the wall; a cinchable drawstring; an upper rib disposed in the hood portion and having hooked ends for engaging slots in the left bracket and the right bracket; and a lower rib disposed in the funnel portion and having hooked ends for engaging slots in the left bracket and the right bracket.
