The present invention is an anhydrous cosmetic composition for making up and/or caring for the skin and/or lips, which is liquid at 20&#xb0; C., comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least one fatty phase comprising: &#x2014;at least one organopolysiloxane elastomer powder coated with silicone resin, &#x2014;at least one organopolysiloxane elastomer conveyed in a first oil, &#x2014;at least one wax, and &#x2014;at least one second oil, &#x2014;the said organopolysiloxane elastomer and the organopolysiloxane elastomer powder coated with a silicone resin being present in a ratio by weight on a dry basis of organopolysiloxane elastomer conveyed in an oil/organopolysiloxane elastomer powder coated with a silicone resin of greater than 2 and preferably of greater than 2.5.

An anhydrous cosmetic composition in the foam form includes at least one pasty fatty substance in a content of between 10 and 50% by weight, at least one wax in a content of between 4 and 20% by weight, at least one nonvolatile oil in a content of between 40 and 70% by weight and silica in a content of between 3 and 15% by weight, the silica being present in the form of particles exhibiting a mean size of greater than or equal to 0.5 &#x3bc;m and preferably of less than 100 &#x3bc;m.

Anhydrous foam comprising silica

A cosmetic composition in the form of a soft paste, comprising at least one wax and at least one oil, wherein the at least one oil is thickened by the presence of at least one thickener and at least 6% by weight of at least one filler. A process for the preparation of this composition, as well as its use in cosmetics, in particular as a lipstick.
