Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for managing and/or operating a nodal grid network in which resources are received, dispensed, and transferred throughout the nodal grid network. The nodal network may comprise automated teller machines, merchant stores, delivery vehicles, processing centers, and the like. The system scans resource notes for important and sometimes unique information as the resource notes are received and/or dispensed at each of the nodes. This information about the resource notes and the nodes of the network can be recorded and stored in real-time, such that the system can make real-time decisions regarding how to address any necessary adjustments of resource quantities at each node. Furthermore, historical nodal data can be analyzed to identify trends at each node, and this historical data can be extrapolated to provide insight into an expected health of each node at future points in time.

System for providing on-demand resource delivery to resource dispensers

A breast sling for positioning and stabilizing a woman's breasts following cosmetic or reconstructive breast surgery includes a wide, plush pile, unidirectional elastic, torso band adjustably encircling the woman's thoracic torso immediately below the inframammary skinfold and a slightly narrower, adjustable plush pile, unidirectional elastic, breast strap secured at the top center back edge of the torso band for elastically restraining and shaping the woman's new breasts.

A close-fitting, compression garment is described for providing adjustable compressive force over a surgical site in the dorsocervical region of the human body below the neck, above and between the shoulder blades of the upper back. The vest body portion of the invented garment has graduated or increasing elasticity encircling the upper torso and shoulder region of the body. Wide adjustable elastic pressure bands pressure anchored at the dorsocervical apex at the back of the vest stretch over the shoulders of the patient and adjustably anchored to anchor strips secured to the front chest surface of the vest for establishing compression over a surgical site in the dorsocervical region during recovery as needed both for rehabilitation and comfort.

An improvement for a typical brassiere, halter or bra garment comprises a pair of wide, unidirectional elastic, plush pile, fabric breast bands each affixed to a lateral side section of the garment on opposite sides of the person's thoracic torso. Hook fastener material is secured transversely across to the exterior surface at the distal of one breast band, and transversely across to the interior surface at the distal end of the other breast band for allowing a wearer, alternatively, (i) to secure the breast bands together in an overlapping fashion across her front torso over the upper (pole) portion of her breasts for restraining upward movement of breast mass and any associated implants, or (ii) to secure the breast bands together in an overlapping fashion across her back torso when such upward restraint is not desired.

An adjustable facial dressing for compression and/or support of facial features for medical treatment is disclosed. A main band elastic can be positioned on the face (head or neck) in various positions by adjusting the position of an integral hook tape tab at any position along the main band. A separate anchor strap has hook tape tabs at its ends. The hook tape tabs each engage one of two generally opposite sides of the main band around only one side of the face (head or neck). The anchor strap hook tape tabs can engage the main band at any position along the main band, to thereby provide compression or support of the face/head/neck area covered and assist in maintaining the position of the main band on the face. More than one anchor strap may be used.

Facial bandage

An adjustable facial dressing for compression and/or support of and thermal treatment of facial features for medical treatment is disclosed. A main band elastic can be positioned on the face (head or neck) in various positions by adjusting the position of an integral hook tape tab at any position along the main band. A thermal treatment assembly having a pouch containing a thermal reservoir is removably engageable with the band at any position, such that temperature treatment is effectively provided to any part of a face. A separate anchor strap has hook tape tabs at its ends. The hook tape tabs each engage one of two generally opposite sides of the main band around only one side of the face (head or neck). The anchor strap hook tape tabs can engage the main band at any position along the main band, to thereby provide compression or support of the face/head/neck area covered and assist in maintaining the position of the main band on the face. More than one anchor strap may be used. The plush backing of the elastic band used allows the straps to be secured anywhere on the band by the hook tabs on the end of the straps. This makes the bandage easily adjustable and adaptable to various procedures.
