A device for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic product prepared by mixing a first and a second bulk comprises: a bottle defining a bottle reservoir containing the first bulk; a cartridge defining a cartridge reservoir containing the second bulk and comprising a seal, the cartridge being arranged between a disassembled configuration and a mounted configuration; a seal opening mechanism adapted to open the seal in the mounted configuration, the bottle reservoir and the cartridge reservoir being in fluid communication in the mounted configuration; and a dispensing apparatus. The cartridge comprises a removable cartridge-sealing plug designed to cover the seal in the disassembled configuration and being replaced with the bottle in the mounted configuration.

A device () for packaging at least one product and dispensing at least said product on a surface is provided, which comprises at least one container () delimiting a product cavity () containing said at least one product and a dispensing member () mounted on said container (). The dispensing member () has a first dispensing orifice () in flow communication with the product cavity (), said container () has a neck () allowing access to the product cavity (), said dispensing member () comprises a dispensing duct () in flow communication with the product cavity (). An assembly skirt () radially surrounds said dispensing duct (), and an annular sealing lip () is radially disposed between said dispensing duct () and said assembly skirt (), said annular sealing lip () bears radially against a sealing portion () of the neck () of the container (). Single-piece moulded container () for packaging at least one product comprising a cover (), a base () and a hinge platform () pivotably connecting said base () to said cover (), wherein the hinge platform () comprises: —a first hinge () connected to a first surface () of the base () and designed to pivot the cover () compared to the base () from an initial moulding flat position, in which the cover () forms a first angle with the base (), to an opened position of use in which the cover () forms a second angle with the base (); and—a second hinge () connected to a first surface () of the cover () and designed to pivot the cover () compared to the base () from the opened position of use to a closed position in which the cover () covers the base ().
