Devices, methods, and systems for automatic text segmentation, text animation, and multimedia text presentation are provided. In one embodiment, a computer-implemented method allowing a user to segment and set text animation styles and set the timing of text such that the text appears according to the user's desired customizable settings is disclosed. In another embodiment, a computer-implemented method for displaying text such that natural reading pauses and user-defined animation and audio-effects are added to the text to facilitate and enhance the reading experience is disclosed.

Devices, methods, and systems to convert standard-text to animated-text and multimedia

A gallery software application enables a user to browse, view, and interact with various content items, such as still images and videos. The gallery includes a graphical user interface with two modes: stack and grid. In stack mode, images (which represent content items) are divided into groups, and a group is represented by a displayed stack of images. In grid mode, images are displayed in a grid of rows and columns. The displayed stacks and images can be scrolled. When the scrolling reaches the end of a set of stacks or images, the last stack or image is displayed with perspective distortion. In grid mode, a value is displayed for meta-data of a content item that is not currently displayed. If a user indicates the displayed value, the grid is scrolled until the content item whose meta-data matches that value is displayed.

Disclosed is a method and system for automatically forming a group to share a media file or adding the media file to an existing group. The method and system includes receiving, by a processor, a media file comprising an image, identifying, by the processor, the face of a first person in the image and the face of a second person in the image, identifying, by the processor, a first profile of the first person from the face of the first person and a second profile of the second person from the face of the second person, automatically forming, by the processor, a group of recipients in a messaging application, the forming of the group of recipients based on the first profile and the second profile, the group of recipients comprising the first person and the second person; and sharing, by the processor, the media file with the group.

A gallery software application enables a user to browse, view, and interact with various content items, such as still images and videos. The gallery includes a graphical user interface, where a content item is represented by an image. A group of content items is represented by a displayed stack of partially-overlapping images. A content item is associated with geo-location information and timestamp information. This information is used to divide the content items into groups.
