The application is related to a handle, an adapter, and a razor assembly. The handle comprises a handle body having a distal end with a cavity opening therein; a pusher retained in the cavity and extending outwardly from the cavity; and a retaining element disposed on the distal end of the handle body. The adapter comprises an adapter body configured to connect with the handle, the adapter body having a channel therethrough, the channel being configured to receive a pusher of the handle, the adapter further comprising two arms extending distally from the adapter body, wherein one or more of the distal ends of the arms have a finger that is configured to engage a respective connecting region of a blade assembly. The razor assembly comprises the handle; the adapter; and a blade assembly.

Razor handle, attachment adapter, and razor assembly

A razor connector for including a main body configured to be attached to the razor handle, the main body having a substantially flat portion and peripheral ends bent towards the flat portion, and an upper portion configured to be attached to a razor cartridge, the upper portion being adjacent to the substantially flat portion of the main body, and the razor connector beeing a monolithic resilient element configured to connect the razor cartridge with the razor handle and to resiliently suspend the razor cartridge when attached to the razor handle.

Razor connectors

This application relates to an elastic pin for selectively attaching a blade assembly to a razor handle may be provided. The elastic pin may comprise a pair of prongs attached at a proximal end, extending to a distal end. The pair of prongs may have an angle &#x3b2; therebetween. A respective distal end of each prong of the pair of prongs may form a convex head. The convex heads may be configured to define a substantially spherical envelope at the distal end of the elastic pin.

Blade assembly attachment device and razor assembly

A shaving blade cartridge includes a housing extending along a longitudinal axis. The housing has a top side, a bottom side opposite to the top side, and two longitudinal sides extending along the longitudinal axis between the top and bottom sides. The shaving blade cartridge also includes a cutting blade mounted in the housing between the longitudinal sides and having a cutting edge extending along the longitudinal axis, and a retainer including a retainer body disposed above the cutting edge. The retainer body has at least two through holes. One of the through holes is disposed in front of the cutting edge and another of the through holes is disposed rearward of the cutting edge. The housing includes at least two riveting pins. Each of the two riveting pins correspond with and are received in a respective one of the through holes to retain the cutting blade in the housing.

A shaving head includes a housing, at least one component coupled with the housing, and at least one retainer coupled with the housing. The retainer secures the at least one component in the housing. The retainer also includes an anchor tooth received by the housing.

A shaving blade cartridge includes a housing extending along a longitudinal axis. The housing has a top side, a bottom side opposite to the top side, and two longitudinal sides extending along the longitudinal axis between the top and bottom sides. The shaving blade cartridge also includes a cutting blade mounted in the housing between the longitudinal sides and having a cutting edge extending along the longitudinal axis, and a retainer retaining the cutting blade in the housing. The retainer is retained on the housing by a rivet. A method for the manufacture of shaving blade cartridges and a razor having such shaving blade cartridge are also provided.

A mounting station for automatically assembling a razor that includes a shaving cartridge and a razor handle. The mounting station includes providing a razor handle and a shaving cartridge, automatically connecting a first rearwardly protruding connector of the shaving cartridge to the free end of the first handle connector of the razor handle, and then automatically connecting the second rearwardly protruding connector of the shaving cartridge to the free end of the second handle connector of the razor handle to form a razor.
