Plant for treating the leftover liquids of mechanical processing, comprising a filtering partition () for filtration of the fluid and means for cleaning the partition by washing of the layer of mud deposited hereon, comprises vibratory means suitable for causing a generally fast and continuous vibratory state at least in the active portion of the partition. The plant comprises at least one chamber () that is divided into two parts by the filtering partition (), one part being intended for the exit of the filtered fluid, means suitable for causing a generally fast and continuous vibratory state at least in the active portion of the partition are associated with said chamber. Method for treating the leftover fluids of mechanical processing, comprising filtration of the fluid through a filtering partition and periodic cleaning of the partition through washing of the layer of mud deposited here; it foresees that at least the surface of the partition on which the mud deposits is subjected to vibratory motion.

Plant and method for the treatment of the recovery cooling fluid in mechanical processing plants

A filtering and compacting device for solid particles suspended and contained in fluids, such as slurries produced by mechanical operations, comprises a container (), provided with a cover () and an openable bottom (), and includes an inlet mouth () of the fluid to be treated, means for placing the container () under pressure, means () for opening the bottom () of the container (), in which bottom () there is located a first filtering element () for retaining the solid particles internally thereof and at least a second filtering element () which defines a filtration chamber (), in which the filtration chamber () overlies a compacting chamber () of filtered slurry.

The device comprises a safety valve with an actuator which can be armed manually, a regulation valve disposed in a duct downstream of the safety valve for supplying a main burner, a tapping duct for supplying a pilot burner, and a flame detector for the pilot burner for supplying the actuator of the safety valve with sufficient energy to hold the safety valve open after manual arming has taken place and the pilot light has been lit. In order also to supply another burner without compromising the safety of the device, an on/off valve provided in a duct branching off the main duct between the safety valve and the regulation valve has an operating member coupled to the manual arming member of the actuator of the safety valve for keeping the on/off valve in a condition in which it shuts off the branch duct during the manual arming of the safety-valve actuator.

Control device for gas burners

A safety and regulation valve unit for a gas installation, particularly a heating installation, comprises a duct through which the fuel can flow between an inlet and at least one outlet. An on-off fuel-valve is interposed in the duct between the inlet and the at least one outlet, and there is a movable device for controlling the valve as well as an actuator acting on the movable device in order to move it towards a first operative position in which it cooperates with the on-off valve in order to put the inlet into communication with the outlet. The actuator comprises a reversible motor with a rotor connected to a male-and-female screw coupling acting on the movable device to translate it towards the first operative position and to control the on-off valve.
