A mobile communication device. The device comprises a cellular radio transceiver, a short range radio transceiver, a processor, a memory, and an electronic commerce mobile application stored in the memory. When executed by the processor, the electronic commerce mobile application determines an inventory of mobile applications of the device, transmits the inventory via one of the radio transceivers to a security server application executing on a computer system external to the mobile communication device, and detects when the device enters a retail store associated with the electronic commerce mobile application. The electronic commerce mobile application further, responsive to detecting entrance to the retail store, transmits a request for a security risk score to the security server application executing on the computer system external to the device, and implements an escalated level of security check during a payment transaction conducted based on a received security risk score exceeding a predefined threshold.

Electronic commerce fraud mitigation in a wireless communication network

A system for mobile communication device upgrade delivery and configuration. The system comprises a processor, a non-transitory memory, and a business process management application stored in the non-transitory memory. When executed by the processor, the application receives a message from a device upgrade client application executing on a mobile communication device requesting an upgrade mobile communication device, accesses data associated with the mobile communication device requesting the upgrade device stored in an interaction history data store, and analyzes the data accessed from the interaction history data store. The business process management application further, based on the analysis of the data and based on the model of upgrade device, recommends pick-up of the upgrade device in a retail store, identifies a retail store, and sends a recommendation message to the device upgrade client application that the upgrade mobile communication device be picked up at the retail store.

Mobile communication device upgrade delivery differentiation

A system for identifying audio signatures from user equipment based on a plurality of transmissions from a plurality of user equipment (UE). Each transmission of the plurality of transmissions comprises an audio signature, a geolocation of the audio signature, and a timestamp of the audio signature. The identification of audio signatures may be used to identify a geolocation of a UE or UEs based on geohashed areas. This identification may be further employed to determine whether the UE is in a location that permits data transmission, and to either transmit data to the UE based on a determination that the UE is in a location that permits data transmission, or not transmitting data the UE is associated with a DO NOT SEND state or if a location type associated with the geohashed area and the timestamp is associated with the DO NOT SEND state.

Systems and methods for detection, identification, and use of environmental audio signatures

A method of migrating a mobile communication device. The method comprises monitoring subscriber mobile device behaviors by a device migration client application executing on a mobile communication device, where the messages comprise reports of subscriber mobile device behaviors, receiving a categorization message by the device migration client application, where the categorization message assigns the mobile communication device to a subscriber category, storing the subscriber category as a current subscriber category parameter of the device, receiving a plurality of device migration offers by the device migration client application, where each device migration offer identifies a subscriber category and information about a migration device and about a migration channel, generating a device migration notification by the device migration client application for each device migration offer that identifies a subscriber category that matches the current subscriber category parameter, and placing the device migration notification in a notification tray of the mobile communication device.
