The present invention relates to compositions for occlusion of ducts and cavities of human body. The composition incorporates alpha-cyanoacrylates, dimethylsulphoxide, dimethylketone and an iodine-containing radiopaque organic acid, or mixtures of such acids, the weight percentage ratio of the original constituents being as follows:

A composition for sealing wound surfaces comprises .alpha.-cyanacrylic acid ester or a mixture of esters, monoalkyl esters of polyethylene glycol based on primary aliphatic alcohols of the formula; C.sub.n H.sub.2n+1 O(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 O).sub.m H, wherein n=10 to 18, m=7-10, and a water-soluble ketone, the components being present in the following proportions, in percent by weight:

The composition for a temporary substitution of bone tissue defects according to the present invention consists of .alpha.-cyanacrylic acid esters and a powder-like filler which is a calcium salt of an organic or inorganic acid with a particle size of from 0.01 to 0.5 mm, the components being used in the following proportions, percent by weight:
