The present disclosure relates to a shielded electric connector for connecting or distributing shielded electric lines or plug connectors with one another, and to methods for producing the shielded electric connector. Connector elements belong to a line or to a plug connector. Shielding sleeves or shielding housings of the lines and/or of the plug connectors are surrounded by a shielding housing, which consists of a cast metal body that has been cast in situ onto annular regions of the shielding sleeves or shielding housings in order to produce a local anchoring means with low electric contact resistance.

A cable connection component for electrically conductively connecting a cable, having a union nut with an internal thread and a core receiving and guiding part with a plurality of incisions. At least one core and core insulation inserted into the core receiving and guiding part are severed by terminals arranged in the connection body and enter the incisions in the core receiving and guiding part and contact is made with the core conductors when a first thread of the union nut is screwed onto a connection body. A connected cable can be released with less effort by the union nut having a second internal thread with a thread pitch that is less than the thread pitch of the first internal thread. The core receiving and guiding part has a radially running collar which is matched to the profile of the threading of the second internal thread and interacts with it.

A sealing element for sealing a cable inserted into a connecting housing, having a passage opening for the cable to pass through, is disk-shaped having at least one first disk having substantially u-shaped circumference, and a second disk having a substantially u-shaped circumference and resting on the first disk. The first disk has two opposite side flanks which extend parallel to each other, and the second disk has a first pair of flanks having two opposite side flanks, which are formed conically with respect to each other. On the top side of the first disk has a sealing lip which is connected to the side flanks respectively via a chamfered connecting region.

A captive securing means for a screw has a shaft for holding the screw and a retaining means arranged in the shaft, the retaining means resting, in the inserted state of the screw, at a tangential point on the outer circumferential surface of the screw, the retaining means arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the shaft, and the retaining means extending from the inner circumferential surface of the shaft into the free region of the shaft such that at the tangential point, the angle between the direction of extent of the retaining means and the outer circumferential surface of the screw is &#x3c;90 degrees. Consequently, the screw is axially moveable in the shaft without the quality of the captive securing means being impaired, and the screw is captively secured in the shaft by the retaining means resting on the outer circumferential surface of the screw.

An electrical connector for detachable connection of a multi-core cable to a mating connector with a grip body which surrounds the cable and the cable cores, a contact carrier which holds a plurality of contact elements and a pivotally arranged sleeve-shaped threaded part. The individual contact elements are connected electrically conductively to the individual cores and the sleeve-shaped threaded part can be screwed to a corresponding sleeve-shaped threaded part of the mating connector. The connector contact elements mounted in corresponding open grooves of the contact carrier which run parallel to its longitudinal axis, and a side of the contact carrier facing the mating connector, bordering the grooves, has through holes corresponding to the number of grooves, through which holes the ends of the contact elements that face away from the cores project in the longitudinal direction of the contact elements, being inserted obliquely and pivoted in to a parallel orientation.

A cable connector, in particular a multipolar cable connector, for connecting a multi-core stranded cable is provided. The connector has a plug part which has several contact elements formed as contact bars. The connector further has a cable uptake which has a strand support element for receiving the strands of the multi-core stranded cable. The strand support element has pivotally mounted hook elements, which clamp and affix the strands introduced into the strand support element between the hook elements pivoted in the direction of the strands and an interior wall of the strand support element by means of a pivot movement in an assembled condition.

An electrical connector includes an electrical plug having a threaded sleeve for screwing on a union nut of an electrical socket or for screwing into a stationary housing component of an electronic device. The threaded sleeve includes an external thread not having a threadless area. The union nut includes an internal thread configured for threaded engagement with the external thread of the plug. The internal thread has at least one threadless area.

An electrical connector includes a plug which is designed as a threaded sleeve for screwing on a union nut or for screwing into a stationary housing component of an electronic device. The external thread of the threaded sleeve has at least one threadless area provided in the plug-in direction into which a matching internal thread of a union nut or of a housing can be plugged in almost completely, in such a way that tightening of the threaded joint is reduced to one half or maximum a full revolution. The construction allows for the use of complete screw threads and thus the combination with standard connectors of the same commercially available size and type of connection.
