A liquid supply system includes a suction lance () configured to be inserted into a liquid container () and at least one level sensor () fixed on the lance () and configured to detect a liquid level () inside a liquid container (). A control device () is connected to the level sensor () and configured to determine a rate of change of the liquid level () detected by the at least one level sensor () and to detect a lance removal if the rate of change reaches or exceeds a predefined threshold. A method for detecting the removal of a suction lance () from a liquid container () is provided.

A Metering pump includes a displacement element (), a drive system with an electric drive motor () driving the displacement element () and a control device () controlling the electric drive motor (). The control device () is configured in such a manner that it detects the current position of the displacement element (), detects the torque (M) of the electric drive motor () at several positions of the displacement element () and monitors the torque (M) in relation to the position of the displacement element (), and a method for controlling such metering pump.

Metering pump and method for controlling a metering pump

A metering pump aggregate has a metering chamber (), adjoined by a positive-displacement body () that can be moved by a positive-displacement drive (), as well as a controller () for actuating the positive-displacement drive (). The controller () is designed to actuate the positive-displacement drive () in such a way, at least for specific setpoint conveyed flows to be generated by the metering pump, that a stroke of the positive-displacement body () begins with a first, elevated stroke rate (n), and is subsequently continued at a second, lower stroke rate (n). A method for controlling such a metering pump aggregate is also provided.
