A fluid supply system may include a component and a bypass valve including a valve body arranged in a control channel. The valve body may be adjustable at least between a first position and a second position, the valve body cutting off a fluid channel to the component when in the first position and cutting off a bypass channel bypassing the component when in the second position. The valve body may divide the control channel into a first chamber and a second chamber. The valve body may include a leakage opening connecting the first chamber and the second chamber. The system may also include at least one detection device configured to detect a property of a fluid and transmit the detected property to a control device. The control device may be configured to close a switchable valve arranged in the leakage channel when the detected property reaches a predefined condition.

A hydrocarbon adsorption filter device comprising: a filter housing; at least one filter element with activated carbon arranged in the filter housing; an intake canal, connecting the filter housing with an environment, wherein fresh air is taken in during a flushing operation; and an intake canal housing cover, wherein the intake canal housing cover includes a labyrinthine canal structure having a first end and an opposing second end, wherein the first end is in communication with the intake canal while the second end is in communication with a floor-side opening of the housing.

Filter device for hydrocarbon adsorption

The invention relates to an oil filter device () for an internal combustion engine, comprising a support element () and a substantially cylindrical filter cartridge () which can be connected, especially screwed, to the support element (). The invention is characterized in that the filter cartridge is arranged essentially in an upright position while an annular duct () which surrounds the filter cartridge () in the screwed-on state is embodied inside the support element (). The duct () is fluidically separated from the interior of the filter cartridge () when the filter cartridge is screwed on while said separation is eliminated when the filter cartridge () is removed. Furthermore, the duct () is configured as a drainage duct and is fluidically connected to an oil reservoir when the filter cartridge () is removed such that the filter cartridge is easy to replace while no oil is spilled, preventing pollution of the environment.
