Disclosed herein are system, method, and device embodiments for an authentication workflow incorporating blockchain technology. An embodiment operates by requesting, from a distributed authentication service, transmission of a time-based one-time password to a communication endpoint associated with an end-user, receiving a time-based one-time password submission from a user device associated with the end-user, retrieving a plurality of distributed ledger entries (e.g., a plurality of blocks of a blockchain), and validating the time-based one-time password submission based on the plurality of distributed ledger entries as a part of a two factor authentication workflow.

In one general aspect, a system and method are described for generating a classification model to determine predictive user behavior. The method may include obtaining data from a mobile network provider. The data including a plurality of utilization metrics pertaining to a plurality of mobile devices carrying out a plurality of network interactions, the plurality of mobile devices being associated with a plurality of users. The method may also include categorizing the data into a plurality of Internet domains associated with the data and determining a plurality of patterns in the data. The method may further include determining an additional pattern in the data, and generating a plurality of rules based on the plurality of patterns and the additional pattern.

Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for delivering messages using enterprise numbers. In an embodiment, a messaging system may facilitate two-way communication between enterprises and end user devices through the user of shared enterprise numbers. Multiple content providers and/or service providers may use the shared enterprise numbers to reach a wide range of end user devices. The end user devices may be, for example, telephones capable of communicating via short message service (SMS). The messaging system may assign enterprise numbers based on sessions to avoid conflicts when receiving reply messages. In an embodiment, the messaging system may assign enterprise numbers so received replies may be returned to corresponding enterprises without relying on keywords to be present in the reply message.

A method and corresponding apparatus configured to collect raw data from a plurality of wireless devices. The raw data includes activity recorded when the wireless devices are at a selected topographic region. The raw data is combined to produce aggregated data representative of the activities of the individual wireless devices. Either the aggregated data or the raw data are selected for analysis depending on whether the raw data meets a threshold activity or subscriber density level. The selected data are analyzed to identify activity patterns of users of the wireless devices.
