Formulations having anti-adherent properties are disclosed herein. The anti-adherent formulation described herein acts to prevent the adherence of menses and/or fecal material to the skin in the labial and perianal regions during and after menstruation or defecation, respectively. The anti-adherent formulation contains a carrier, from about 0.1% by weight to about 10.0% by weight of a quaternary ammonium compound, and from about 0.5% by weight to about 10.0% by weight of a fatty alcohol. The anti-adherent formulation may be applied to the targeted surface either directly, in liquid form, such as by a spray bottle or similar packaging capable of delivering a liquid formulation in a relatively uniform amount over the full surface to be covered. Alternatively, the formulation may be applied to the targeted surface by a 'wet' wipe or wiper.

The present disclosure generally relates to personal care cleansing compositions and wipes. More particularly, the disclosure relates to single phase compositions and wipes for cleansing the skin and/or hair of a user, while additionally, imparting a perceivable aesthetic feel to the skin of a user. To achieve both cleansing and the perceivable aesthetic feel, a modified sorbitan siloxane is incorporated into the compositions and wipes.

The present disclosure is directed to a cleanser including a balance of components for providing consumers with an enhanced exfoliation experience that smoothes skin immediately and sustains the smooth feeling for an extended period of time. Additionally, the cleanser provides a simultaneous cleansing and warming effect to the consumer's skin. Particularly, in one embodiment, the cleanser includes a combination of a water soluble carrier, a warming agent, a water soluble silicone surfactant, and an exfoliant.
