For ease and modification flexibility in the manufacture of jumpers in a plug connector, according to the invention the housing cover () is equipped with a contact carrier () which is releasably clipped thereon. The contact carrier () can be made in two parts and can have an upper part () and a lower part (). These can be separated from one another and joined together in order to accommodate individual U-shaped contact pins () for bridging socket contacts () of the plug connector or also in order to remove and/or replug said pins. If necessary, the complete contact carrier () can also be exchanged for another contact carrier having a different bridge assignment. As a result, the operating state of an electrical system can be individually defined and modified. When the housing cover is open, an external test plug can be plugged in for maintenance purposes. Furthermore, the contact carrier () can have a certain mechanical 'play' for tolerance compensation in the housing cover () so that the contact pins () and the contact carrier () are not subjected to mechanical stresses during opening and closing of the housing cover ().

A plug-in system comprises a docking device which has a first plug-in module that is bidirectionally displaceable parallel to a connection direction and at least one spring arm, as well as a second plug-in module which can be connected to the first plug-in module in the connection direction. The plug-in system can be transferred between a separated state, in which the second plug-in module and the docking device are separated from each other and the spring arm limits a displacement of the first plug-in module at least in the connection direction, and a docked state in which the first plug-in module and the second plug-in module are connected to each other and the first plug-in module assumes a position which can be reached by a displacement of the first plug-in module which exceeds the limit in the connection direction.

Plug-in system and apparatus comprising a plug-in system

Provided is a plug connector module for inserting in a holding frame of a modular plug connector. The plug connector module is provided so as to make electrical contact with the holding frame. A housing that forms the plug connector module is embodied from metal and can be connected in a mechanical and electrically conductive manner by way of a first type of fastener and a second type of fastening means to the holding frame.

The invention relates to an electrical plug-in connector, comprising a first and a second housing half, the first housing half () having two opposite U-shaped locking clips (), which are each pivotably retained on both sides on bearing journals () and which each have locking projections () on both sides, the locking projections having a recess (), wherein said recesses act on locking pins () of the second housing () when the locking clips () are closed so that the two housing halves () are pressed against each other, characterized in that the first housing half () has at least one web (), which penetrates a recess () of the second housing half () intended therefore when the two housing halves () are joined so that the housing halves lie against each other in an accurately fitting manner, and in that the locking clips () have lateral shields (), which cover the bearing journals () of the first housing half () and the locking pins () of the second housing half () in the locked state of the system plug-in connector, wherein each shield () has a straight edge () between the bearing journal receptacle () and the locking pin ().

In a connector for accommodating individual pre-fabricated electrical cables fitted with electric pin contacts or socket contacts is provided. The connector proposes to insert the electric contacts into longitudinally aligned and semi-enclosed contact chambers and to insert the carrier member into a surrounding connector sleeve, wherein a carrier sleeve arranged within the connector sleeve features raised longitudinal ribs for aligning the electric contacts in the contact chambers. The connector sleeve is composed of a first connector part, a second connector part and a carrier sleeve, wherein the first connector part on the mating side is rotatably arranged on the carrier sleeve while the second connector part that points to the cable connection side is rigidly connected to the carrier sleeve.

A plug housing () includes a first housing part () and a second housing part () which rest at each other along a parting line (), and a cable passage () for a cable () from an interior space of the plug housing () towards outside. The parting line () extends in the region of the cable passage (). The plug housing further includes a sealing insert () arranged in the cable passage (). The sealing insert () is provided with a slot () so that it can be slipped on a preassembled cable (). The sealing insert () is also arranged such that the slot () has an offset with respect to the parting line ().

For the purpose of transmitting signals without interfering radiation, a plug-in connector module is proposed which comprises an electrically conductive shell-type casing, with a connector insert, in a retaining body composed of insulating material. The plug-in connector module is held by locking device in a module mounting device which, in turn, is integrated into a plug-in connector casing. Within the shell-type casing, an electrically conductive contact with the shielding of a signal-carrying cable is provided, so that it is possible to dispose in the module mounting device, without mutual interference, both a plurality of plug-in connector modules having mutually independent earth potentials and plug-in connector modules which transmit a power supply, pneumatic supply or suchlike.

Plug-in connector module

A modular-construction control casing for the integration of plug-in connectors and additional electronic equipment within an electronic casing which is located, in a decentralized manner, close to the consumer's installation. The rectangular parallelepiped-shaped casing is formed from two identical half-shells, at least one mounting plate or printed-circuit board being mountable within the casing. Provided at the narrow sides of the casing are openings which can receive either a plate part for the closure of the casing and/or for the mounting of control elements, or into which there can be inserted, with a form-fit, an adapter which is provided for receiving already known plug-in connectors.
