In the drive train of a combustion engine an auxiliary arrangement is arranged which is to be coupled with an axial flow machine including a stator and a rotor, in order to perform an actuating movement. The stator has a coil arrangement, and the rotor has an essentially cup-shaped support for permanent magnet elements. The coil arrangement of the stator has at least one cylindrical winding and is at least partially enclosed by two essentially pot-shaped magnetic flux yokes. Each of the pot-shaped magnetic flux yokes has side areas with magnetic flux poles whose outsides are oriented towards the permanent magnet elements of the rotor. The magnetic flux poles of the stator are arranged spaced apart from the permanent magnet elements of the rotor. The magnetic orientation of neighboring permanent magnet elements towards the air gap alternates.

A device for sensing the linear axial displacement of an actuator comprises, in one embodiment, a movable, elongated magnet coupled to the actuator and a fixed Hall sensor. A one-dimensional bearing for the magnet is designed to receive bearing forces in a direction radial to the axial direction by permitting a displacement and pivoting movement of the magnet around the one-dimensional bearing. Arranging the Hall sensor in the region of the one-dimensional bearing ensures that the spacing or gap between the magnet and the Hall sensor remains constant, even in case of a pivoting and/or radial movement of the actuator and of the magnet connected thereto along the full length of displacement of the actuator. Accordingly, the results in sensing the linear displacement of the actuator are not adversely affected by admissible deflections of the actuator from the axial direction of linear displacement.

A solenoid plunger system for an electropneumatic pressure transducer, comprising at least partly&#x2014;in a casing which focuses magnetic field lines M, in particular in the form of an iron casing&#x2014;a solenoid plunger and a core, in particular in the form of an iron core or magnetic core, wherein the solenoid plunger comprises at least one recess on the side facing towards the core, and/or the core comprises at least one recess on the side facing towards the solenoid plunger, and an air gap is provided between the solenoid plunger and the core; the air gap is adjustable by relative movement between the solenoid plunger and the core, during which relative movement the solenoid plunger can, at least partly, be moved into/out of the first recess in the core, and/or the core can be moved, at least partly, into/out of the recess in the solenoid plunger; the casing comprises at least a first shell and a yoke, each of high magnetic permeability, wherein the first shell is arranged between the solenoid plunger and at least one coil and/or at least one magnet, and the air gap is arranged in a region between the first shell and the yoke; and the casing comprises a second shell of high magnetic permeability between the first shell and the yoke, wherein said second shell comprises at least one recess, in particular in the shape of an annular groove, on its side facing away from the core, for focusing magnetic field lines M from the yoke onto the core, and in that in the region of the recess of said second shell, the yoke and/or an adjustment member, in particular in the form of an adjustment ring, of high magnetic permeability is/are moveable relative to said second shell, for adjusting the magnetically effective length 1 of the recess of the second shell.

The invention is directed to a solenoid plunger system for an electro-pneumatic pressure transducer comprising at least partially in a cladding, particularly an iron cladding, a solenoid plunger, a core such as an iron core or a magnetic core, at least a first recess in the solenoid plunger and/or a second recess in the core and an air gap between the cladding and the solenoid plunger and/or the core that is adjustable by means of a relative motion between the solenoid plunger and the core while the solenoid plunger is at least partially movable into or, respectively, out of the second recess in the core and/or the core is at least partially movable into or, respectively, out of the first recess in the solenoid plunger, as well as a first damping element in the first recess and/or a second damping element in the second recess.

A valve block for at least two valves fixable in a housing having an electric cabling to electrical terminals for the valves and a pneumatic circuit to pneumatic terminals for the valves. The block has an electrical plug connected to the electrical cabling, which extends to the electrical terminals and has a pneumatic plug connected to the pneumatic circuit, which extends to the pneumatic terminals, and the pneumatic circuit proceeds at least partly in a replaceable insert of the housing that can be selected dependent on the valves and/or their function. Apparatus for controlling and adjusting an arbitrary number of adjustment units for a motor vehicle includes an electro-pneumatic bus to which are connected in arbitrary sequence, both electrically and pneumatically, all the pertinent adjusting units. The electro-pneumatic bus is composed of at least one pneumatic adjustment pressure line and of at least one electric control signal line which may contain several conductors. While reference data from a central control electronics are applied through the electric control signal line of the electro-pneumatic bus, the individual adjusting units are connected through associated valves in the pneumatic system to the pneumatic adjustment pressure line of the electro-pneumatic bus. The adjusting units preferably are designed to be modular control loops. As a result the pneumatically driven adjusting members units not only two positions, but also they may be set and controlled in quasi-analogue manner.

The invention concerns a dimensionally stable, elastically bending plastic coaxial tube for fluids, consisting of an outer tube and of at least one inner tube mounted in said outer tube in hermetically fluid-tight but separate manner, said inner tube being held in position in essentially coaxial manner relative to the said outer tube by means of spacers between, and integral with, the constituent tubes, each spacer being integral with only one of the constituent tubes and being so configured and arrayed that the outer tube and the inner tube are freely axially displaceable relative to each other at least to some limited extent. The coaxial tube is manufactured in that the inner tube is prefabricated, in particular by extrusion, and in that the outer tube is molded in-situ around the cooled inner tube, in particular by coaxial sheath extrusion.
