The base includes a hollow space for receiving at least a part of the signal input element and is fastened on a first surface of the circuit board element. The signal input element is at least partially fastened in the hollow space and is electrically connected to the circuit board element via the base. The circuit board element includes a cut-out for inserting the signal input element into the hollow space through the circuit board element. The first fixing layer is configured for sealing the area between the base and the circuit board element and is arranged on the first surface of the circuit board element and on a part of the base.

A sensor element covering the through-hole is arranged on the first side of the circuit board.

An electronic module has a first circuit board element, a second circuit board element, and a spacer. Together, the first circuit board element, the second circuit board element, and the spacer enclose a central cavity, in which components attached to the first circuit board element are accommodated. Respective annular circumferential microstructures are provided on a surface of the first circuit board element directed outward and on a surface of the second circuit board element directed outward, adjacent to an outer periphery of the first circuit board element. In this region, a sealing ring is formed, which has a form-closed connection to both the first and the second circuit board element by means of the microstructures of the first and the second circuit board element. The sealing ring can be made of a resistant plastic, which is molded on by injection molding in the liquid state in the region of the outer periphery of the first circuit board element and flows into recesses of the microstructures and, after the curing, forms the form-closed and sealing connection between the two circuit board elements and the sealing ring thereby formed.

An electronic module includes a printed circuit board (PCB) element, a base with a first electrically conductive contact element, and an electronic component with a second electrically conductive contact element. The base is fastened on and electrically connected to the PCB element. The electronic component is electrically connected to the base by an electric contact region between the first and second contact elements. A first portion of the first contact element protrudes from the base on a first side of the base facing away from the PCB element. The first portion of the first contact element and/or a second portion of the second contact element has a resilient configuration such that the electronic component is mechanically fastened to the base by a spring force between the first and second contact elements. The electronic module in one embodiment is configured for a transmission controller or an electric vehicle.

An electronic assembly for a transmission control module includes a printed circuit board and a heat sink. The circuit board includes a first side, a second side averted from the first side, and at least one heat-generating component arranged on the first side and covered with at least one flowable and curable protective compound. The heat sink has an inner face facing the second side and is, at least in sections, spaced apart from the circuit board by at least one gap. The gap is at least partially filled with the at least one flowable and curable protective compound such that the flowable and curable protective compound is in direct contact with the circuit board and the heat sink. The heat sink adheres to the protective compound in a cohesive manner when the flowable and curable protective compound is in the cured state.

An electronic module includes a first circuit board. The first circuit board has electronic components, spacers, a cover plate, and a casting compound. The spacers are positioned so as to rest at least in corner regions of the first circuit board. The cover plate is positioned on the spacers. The casting compound acts as an end face and seals a gap formed by the spacers between the first circuit board and the cover plate, so as to form a housing for the electronic components, which are positioned therein. The casting compound secures the cover plate to the first circuit board via positive engagement. A coefficient of linear thermal expansion of the casting compound corresponds substantially to a coefficient of linear thermal expansion of the circuit board and of the cover plate.

Electronic module and method for producing an electronic module having a fluid-tight housing

An electronic module includes a circuit board, a first component, and a socket element with a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The first surface lies on a surface of the circuit board and is fixed to the circuit board. A second component is secured to the socket element and is electrically connected to the circuit board via the socket element. A protective compound is arranged on the surface of the circuit board and encapsulates the first component. The socket element is partly embedded into the protective compound such that lateral flanks of the socket element are covered by the protective compound, and the second surface of the socket element protrudes out of the protective compound. Connection elements of the socket element and connections of the second component are connected via a welding connection. Second components are attachable to the circuit board in a reliable manner.

An electronic control module includes a printed circuit board and an electrical component. The circuit board has a contact area arranged on a component side. The electrical component has an electrical connection element with a connection section running parallel to the component side and is electrically connected to the contact area. An adapter is arranged on the circuit board independently of the electrical component and has a holding body fastened to the circuit board outside the contact area and a metal web. The web is arranged on the holding body and has a contact section running parallel to the component side. The contact section and the connection section lie atop another and are welded to one another in a covering area. The web or the connection element makes electrical contact with the contact area by an electrically conductive material applied to the contact area.

Electronic control module and method for producing an electronic control module

An electronic control module for a gear mechanism controller in motor vehicles includes a printed circuit board and an electrical component. The printed circuit board has a mounting side and includes conductor tracks. The electrical component has an electrically conductive connection section. The control module further includes a press contact that is pressed into an opening in the printed circuit board such that it is mechanically fixed to the printed circuit board. The press contact forms an electrical contact with a conductor track of the printed circuit board via an electrically conductive mating connection section of the press contact. The connection section of the electrical component is connected to the mating connection section of the press contact by a welded connection. The connection technique enables soldered connections to be dispensed with and replaced by cold pressing of press contacts and subsequent welding by, for example, a copper/copper laser welding process.

An electrical plug-type connector consisting of an electrically nonconductive material includes a plug housing with an inner wall and at least one plug-type contact. The inner wall delimits a first space. The at least one plug-type contact has a first end with which contact can be made by a mating plug-type contact, and a second end, which is opposite the first end. The second end is connected to a printed circuit board by solder. The plug housing is moved from the first end in a direction of the second end via the at least one plug-type contact in the axial direction into a predetermined position. In the predetermined position, the plug-type contact has a lack of force-fitting connection transversely to the axial direction. In the predetermined position, the printed circuit board is fixedly connected to the plug housing. In the predetermined position, the first end protrudes into the first space.

A control unit for a motor vehicle has an electrical SMD (surface mounted device) component having at least one corresponding connection pin and a circuit board. The circuit board has at least one soldering surface. The soldering surface is permanently connected to the circuit board. The soldering surface and the connection pin are connectable to each other in an electrically conductive and firmly bonded manner by a soldering process. According to the disclosure, a contact hold-down piece is permanently connected to the circuit board. The connection pin is positioned in such a manner by the contact hold-down piece that, when the connection pin is connected to the soldering surface in an integrally bonded manner, the connection pin and the circuit board have a predetermined distance from each other.

A control unit for a transmission control module of a motor vehicle transmission includes a circuit mounting device and at least one attachment device configured to attach the circuit mounting device to a carrier board. The circuit mounting device includes an electronic circuit and has a first bearing side with which it is configured to be pressed against a second bearing side of the carrier board by the attachment device. The attachment device has at least one attachment element which is connected to the circuit mounting device and protrudes with a first end from the circuit mounting device on the first bearing side. The attachment element is configured to project through an attachment opening in the second bearing side of the carrier board.

Attachment of a control unit for a transmission control module to a carrier board

An electrical connecting system is described for contacting an electronic module with multiple printed conductors of a flexible printed circuit. The printed conductors are enclosed between a lower and an upper cover film, and the electronic module has at least one circuit board hich is embedded in a plastic housing. According to the invention, the electronic module has at least one contact spring. A first end section of the contact spring is connected in an electrically conductive manner to the circuit board via a connecting point, and a second end section of the contact spring has two legs which extend in a U shape, between which a printed conductor is situated. An electrical contact which is less susceptible to failure results on both sides between the contact spring and the printed conductor. Also described is an electrical connecting system in which the printed conductor is electrically contacted on one side, and instead of at least one one-piece contact spring, in each case a connecting piece and a spring clip are present. The electrical connecting systems allow an electrically reliable connection to be established which is also sufficiently capable of withstanding mechanical load, by simply inserting the printed circuits into the contact springs, or between the connecting pieces and the spring clips in the electronic modules.
