The invention relates to a polyester polyol which contains building units which are derived from ethylene glycol and/or diethylene glycol and which is characterized in that the polyester polyol furthermore comprises building units which are derived from at least one long-chain polyester polyol with a number-average molar mass of 1500 to 8000 Da.
