A base for a headlight lamp, which has a plastic base part having at least two electrical connections, which have a first end with a contact face, the first ends protruding from the base part when mounted such that the contact faces are perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the headlight lamp, and a second end to be connected to a power supply wire and extends parallel to the longitudinal extent of the headlight lamp. For each electrical connection, the first and second ends are connected to one another by a central section, and these central sections are embedded in the plastic of the base part and the second ends are bent back from the respective central section.

Base for a headlight lamp and headlight lamp

The invention relates to a headlight lamp whose base () has a plastic ring () in which there are embedded at least two contact lugs () designed as electric terminals. The contact lugs () are arranged in a common plane perpendicular to the ring axis () and in each case project in the radial direction from the plastic ring ().

The invention relates to a method for producing an electric lamp, in particular the application of an optical shield ( ) to a cylindrical part of the lamp vessel ( ). Method for producing an electric lamp

The invention relates to a motor vehicle headlight lamp having a metal-plastic cap whose electric connections are constructed as contact lugs (,).
