A shift securing device of a manual gearbox that is shifted by a selector shaft disposed axially parallel to the gearbox shafts. The selector shaft slides axially and rotates about the longitudinal axis of the selector shaft and can be selectively coupled to a shift fork guided on a shift rail and/or rocker. An axially fixed and rotatable locking body supports locking elements for form-locking the uncoupled shift rail and/or rocker. The locking body is a box frame having two transverse and two longitudinal members. The transverse members have bearing holes in which the selector shaft is accommodated in an axially movable manner. The locking body is rotationally fixed to the selector shaft by a carrier that engages in one of the longitudinal members in a form-locking manner. The locking body is fixed to the housing by an axial bearing disposed on a transverse member.

Shift securing device for a multi-speed manual gearbox

A shifting rocker () for a transmission comprises two arms (), between which a mount for a sliding sleeve is provided. The shifting rocker () is mounted in a transmission housing at two bearing points () such that it can pivot. Further, a lever arm () is positioned on the shifting rocker (), via which force is applied to the shifting rocker () for the purpose of pivoting the shifting rocker () about the bearing points (). The lever arm () is positioned on the shifting rocker () in the area () between the two bearing points ().

Gear shift fork for shifting a transmission

A shifting device for a manual transmission having a shift rocker formed by two rocker arms connected by a rocker bridge, which is arranged over a shift sleeve via two slide-blocks attached to a holder at the end of each rocker arm, which pivots about a transverse axis defined by bearing points. A carrier element is positioned off-center on the rocker bridge to engage with a shifting pin of a shifting shaft. The rocker arm closer to the carrier element has a lower elastic rigidity than the other rocker arm. To produce different spring rigidities, the rocker arm closer to the carrier element has the geometrical form of a spring element which is elastic in the pivoting direction. The, rocker arm farther away from the carrier element is a bracket with relatively greater elastic rigidity.

Shifting device for a manual transmission

In a shifting assembly for a multiple-gear variable speed motor vehicle transmission, a central selector or shifting shaft () is mounted in the transmission housing () such that it can be rotated and displaced axially. By rotating the selector or shifting shaft () a coupling to be actuated in a shift gate can be selected, and by subsequently axially displacing the shaft, the gears can be engaged. At least two roller arms (), spaced somewhat from one another, are positioned on the selector or shifting shaft (), bearing a rod () between them. The rod () is mechanically linked with a contoured element or lever () that is mounted in the transmission housing () such that it can swivel. The contoured edge () of the contoured element or lever () mirrors the selection patterns and is spring loaded against the rod () by a spring element ().

Shifting device having shift recognition feature

A shifting device for a transmission, in which at least one gearshift package is allocated to two non-successive gears and each of these gearshift packages is coupled with a gearshift lever. An H- or a multiple H-shifting diagram is allocated to the gearshift lever, in which the gears that can be selected within a gearshift path are allocated to different gearshift packages. The gearshift lever and the gearshift packages are connected to a conversion device with which a gearshift lever movement to take out a previous gear in a gearshift path causes this gear to be taken out in a first gearshift package. A gearshift lever movement for putting in the new gear in the same gearshift path, a second gearshift package puts in this new gear. The conversion device functions in such a way that the gearshift lever is coupled with an axially displaceable and radially pivotable shift finger shaft.

Shifting device for a transmission

The invention relates to a gear shifting device () comprising a single-rod gear shifting system in a housing of a motor vehicle manual gearbox. Said device comprises a central gearshift shaft () and fork-type gear shifting elements in the form of gear shifting swinging forks or gear shifting forks () which are optionally and individually engaged with the gearshift shaft () by rotating the same (), and which carry out a gear shift of the selected gear shifting element by means of displacement of the gearshift shaft () along a rotational axis () of said gearshift shaft (). Said gear shifting device () comprises a first element () which is connected to the gearshift shaft () and which co-operates with a second element () fixed in the housing, in order to define the rotation of the gearshift shaft (). The second element () fixed in the housing comprises a number of slits () of a defined width, corresponding to the number of gear shifting passages, said slits co-operating with two pins () which are arranged on the gearshift shaft () and which form the first element. Each one of said pins () engages in the slit () corresponding to the respective gear shifting passage during the rotation of the gearshift shaft (), when one of the gear steps is positioned in the selected gear shifting passage.

Single-rod gear shifting system for a manual gearbox for a motor vehicle

The single-rod shifting device for a motor vehicle manual transmission, in particular for a six-speed transmission, has a central shifting shaft, fork-shaped shifting elements that engage into sliding bushings, and a locking device. The locking device is equipped with a lever ( ) whose rotation point lies on the rotation axis of the axially displaceably mounted central shifting shaft ( ) and which is joined to it via a radial entrainment arrangement. Also provided is a blocking part ( ) that is arranged immovably in the housing in the shifting direction, as well as a coupling drive that converts the rotation of the lever into a linear motion of the blocking elements ( &prime; . . . ) on the shifting elements and on the blocking part ( ) ensure that upon superposition of the blocking elements in the shifting direction, a shifting of the shifting elements is prevented.
