The invention relates to a pump head (I) with a specially designed flexible valve () which securely connects the pump head. The valve ensures the pump head is securely closed. The invention also relates to a metering device which can be designed, for example as a squeeze bottle, as a non-airless system or as an airless-system. Said metering device comprises the claimed pump head.

The invention relates to a food supplement containing minerals and/or vitamins, a humectant and, for example, essential oils. The food supplement is formulated as an oral spray.
