A contacting system () for electrical contacting of electrical conductor elements () embedded in an insulating sheath () of a cable harness () is intended to —enable electrical contacting of the cable harness () in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner that also meets high reliability requirements. According to the invention, this is achieved with a connection module (), in the outer housing () of which a section of the cable harness () can be fixed, and with a number of contact pins () which, viewed from the side relative to the longitudinal direction of the cable harness (), are guided transversely through the outer housing ().

Contacting system and use of the contacting system

Disclosed herein is a cleaning system () for a dental implant part () that has been introduced into the jaw bone of a patient. For this purpose, in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a securing element, which is adapted on the end side to connect to a corresponding connection element in the dental implant part, particularly preferably which can be screwed into a thread of the dental implant part by the end side, and to which a distribution element for a cleaning fluid as well as an electrical contact element can be attached, which distribution element can be connected to an external media reservoir via a media channel, and via which electrical contact element, a power source that is connectable to an external power source can be electrically connected to the dental implant part.

For this purpose, the treatment system () according to the invention has a conduction element (), which can be put into electric contact with the component needing treatment and which can be connected to a first pole of an electric supply unit (), and a media cannula () which is provided for supplying a treatment liquid and whose interior is connected in an electrically conductive manner with the second pole of the electric supply unit ().

Treatment system for cleaning a component, in particular an implant part, contaminated with a biofilm

A ceramic body () for use in a bone implant, in particular in a dental implant (), shall be suitably upgraded for the utilization of an electrolytic cleaning and treatment concept. For this purpose, the ceramic body () according to the invention has, in a surface area () intended for contact with human tissue, a specific electric resistance of maximally 10&#x3a9;cm.

Ceramic body, in particular for use as a dental implant

A dental implant system having a first implant part, provided for introduction into a jawbone, and having a second implant part, provided for attaching a tooth replacement part, the implant parts being mechanically interconnectable via a connection pin which is integrally formed on one of the implant parts and which is insertable into a receiving duct provided in the other implant part, is to have a particularly high stability and long duration of use, even when ceramic materials are used for the implant parts. For this purpose, in a contact region to the receiving duct the connection pin is provided with a spacer formed of a material softer than the material of the connection pin, and the connection pin has a porous surface, in the surface region which is provided with the coating, to form a material fit connection to the coating.

Dental implant system and method for producing a dental implant system

In the process for producing dental prostheses such as bridges, crowns implants, etc. from ceramic material, production is carried out at least by way of one CAD/CAM machining station. The ceramic material to be worked consists of an unsintered disk-shaped blank or one which has not been subjected to final sintering, working of the blank into dental prostheses being undertaken at a right angle or quasi-right angle to the parallel or quasi-parallel surfaces of the blank.

The retaining mold portion ( ) merges at a concavely rounded transition with the supporting element; and the terminal collar of the tooth crown of the reconstructed tooth has a matching convexly rounded run-out, so that in the assembled state, the transition and the run-out form a perfectly congruent seat ( ). The outer sheath and the tooth crown have the same color structure and may be made of the same or similar materials.

Device for reconstructing teeth

In a device for the reconstruction of missing or lost teeth, an implant, which ends in the gingival region, is biologically anchored in a jawbone. The implant itself comprises an implant body anchored in the jawbone and an implant head on the gingival aspect, acting as the anchoring site for an abutment, which in turn forms the reception site for the tooth being reconstructed. The abutment represents the retention shape of the tooth being reconstructed.
