The invention relates to a method for measuring a radio frequency signal in a wireless station (). In this method, radio frequency power is measured by means of testing equipment (), which includes at least a testing apparatus (), a measuring head () and means () for transmitting electrical signals between the testing apparatus () and measuring head (). The wireless station () includes at least one radio part (), a wiring board (), an antenna () and switching means (). This test switch has at least an first position, in which the radio frequency signal is directed between the radio part () of the wireless station () and the antenna (), and a second position, in which the radio frequency signal is directed between the radio part () of the wireless station () and the testing apparatus () via the switching means () and the measuring head (). A switching aperture () has been formed in the wiring board essentially at least partly at the location of the switching means (), through which aperture the switching means () is switched to the second position with the measuring head ().

An arrangement for coupling external antennas () to a communication unit () comprises, for example, a first filter () located in the unit, which filter combines at least signals of a first frequency range and signals of at least a second frequency range to be transmitted and feeds them via a common coupling () to external antennas (), filters the received first signals to a first radio part () of the unit (), and filters the received second signals to a second radio part () of the unit (), and a second filter () in the antennas, for example, which filter combines at least the first signals and at least the second signals received and feeds them via the common coupling means () to the unit (), filters the first signals to the transmitted to first external antenna (), and filters the second signals to be transmitted to a second external antenna ().
