An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first millimeter wave (mmWave) antenna module including a first array antenna, an intermediate frequency (IF) circuit electrically connected to the first mmWave antenna module through a first path, an ultra-wide band (UWB) antenna disposed to be adjacent to the first path, a UWB circuit electrically connected to the UWB antenna, and at least one processor electrically connected to the IF circuit and the UWB circuit, wherein the at least one processor controls the IF circuit to provide a signal of a first frequency band to the first mmWave antenna module, controls the UWB circuit to acquire, through the UWB antenna, a signal of a second frequency band partially overlapping the first frequency band, and may deactivate the UWB antenna or stop communication using the first mmWave antenna module according to whether a specified condition associated with the UWB antenna is satisfied.

An electronic device and oscillator structure are provided. The electronic device includes a printed circuit board, an oscillator configured to oscillate at a frequency corresponding to an operation clock of the electronic device, and a connection member disposed between the oscillator and the printed circuit board such that the oscillator is spaced apart from a surface of the printed circuit board to electrically connect the oscillator to the printed circuit board. The circuit substrate comprises: a ground area made of a conductor formed at least one of the first board layer, the second board layer, or the at least one third board layer and electrically connected to the conductive shell through the capacitor while being connected to a ground portion of the electronic device; a first conductive area which is a partial area of the first board layer facing the connector, the first conductive area being made of a conductor having a first size and electrically connected to the conductive shell; and a second conductive area which is an area of the second board layer at least partially facing the first conductive area with the at least one third substrate layer interposed therebetween, the second conductive area being made of a conductor having a second size wider than the first size and electrically connected to the first conductive area. At least one of the first conductive area and the second conductive area may be arranged adjacent to the ground area such that the first conductive area and the second conductive area are electrically separated from the ground area.
