A display device includes a display layer comprising pixels, each of the pixels having at least one thin-film transistor, a connection line electrically connected to the at least one thin-film transistor, the connection line being exposed on a lower surface of the display layer through a first contact hole formed in the display layer, a barrier layer disposed on the lower surface of the display layer and including a second contact hole connected to the first contact hole, a lead line disposed on a lower surface of the barrier layer and electrically connected to the connection line through the second contact hole, a pad part disposed on the lower surface of the barrier layer and electrically connected to the lead line, and a lower film overlapping the lower surface of the barrier layer and the lead line.

A display device and a method of manufacturing a display device are disclosed. In one aspect, the display devices includes display area configured to display an image, a non-display area adjacent to the display area, and a first substrate having a first side and including a touch sensor in the display area and a touch sensor pad in the non-display area. The display device also includes a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, the second substrate including a pixel in the display area and a connecting pad in the non-display area, and a conductive member configured to electrically connect the touch sensor pad and the connecting pad. An inter-bar is interposed between the first and second substrates and between the first side of the first substrate and the touch sensor pad.

An interlayer in the display area is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate, a plurality of conductive balls electrically connects the touch sensor pad and the connection pad, and an inter-bar in the non-display area is provided between the first substrate and the second substrate. The inter-bar is disposed adjacent to the connection pad, and the conductive balls have an average diameter that is greater than the height of the inter-bar.

Disclosed is an organic light-emitting display device in which a substrate and an encapsulation substrate are joined by a frit and a reinforcing structure. The first substrate has a pixel region in which an organic light-emitting diode is formed, and a non-pixel region formed outside the pixel region. The second substrate is attached the first substrate by the frit. A bracket is joined with substrates by the reinforcing structure. A curable material is applied to inside the frame, moves between the first and second substrates, and then cured to form the reinforcing structure.

A first substrate includes a pixel region and a non-pixel region. At least one organic light emitting diode is formed at the pixel region and having a first electrode, an organic layer, and a second electrode. The non-pixel region is formed beside pixel region. A second substrate is bonded to a first side of the first substrate to seal the pixel region. A frit is disposed between the non-pixel region of the first substrate and the second substrate and adheres the first and second substrates to each other. A bracket is formed by at least one material selected from the group consisting of a plastic, a reinforcement plastic, or a high elastic and high molecular organic material. An adhesive is formed by at least one resin selected from the group consisting of epoxy, acrylate, urethane acrylate, and acrylate cyanide, and for adhering the bracket to the first substrate.
