A signal transmission circuit includes: a circuit board stored in a housing; a connector which is mounted on the circuit board and includes a first signal terminal and a first ground terminal; and an integrated circuit which is mounted on the circuit board and includes a second signal terminal and a second ground terminal. The first signal terminal and the second signal terminal are connected to each other by a signal wiring arranged on the circuit board. The first around terminal and the second ground terminal are connected to each other by a ground wiring arranged in a predetermined range including a portion immediately above or immediately below the signal wiring in the circuit board. At least a part of the ground wiring immediately above or immediately below the signal wiring has a high impedance structure formed to be wider than the signal wiring and narrower than a combined width of the first signal terminal and the first ground terminal.

Signal transmission circuit and electronic control device

Provided is an immunity evaluation system that enables design feedback in consideration of a subject wiring and an improvement amount for improving an electromagnetic noise resistance of a circuit board. An immunity evaluation device includes: a storage unit configured to store characteristic data including probe-circuit board wiring coupling characteristics which are determined by a combination of a near-field probe and circuit board characteristics, and a test result; and an IC reaching signal level estimation unit configured to estimate a signal level reaching a terminal of an evaluation target IC. The immunity evaluation device receives board design information, information of the near-field probe, and test waveform instruction information of a signal applied to the near-field probe. The IC reaching signal level estimation unit reads the coupling characteristics from the storage unit based on the board design information of a test subject circuit board and the information of the near-field probe, and outputs a value of the IC reaching signal level reaching a terminal of the evaluation target IC from the board design information of the test subject circuit board, the information of the near-field probe, and the coupling characteristics.

Immunity evaluation system and immunity evaluation method

An electronic control device includes: a housing accommodating a board on which an electronic component is mounted; and a guard pattern formed on an outer peripheral portion of the board. The guard pattern and a ground pattern of a circuit in the circuit board are connected to each other in a vicinity of an intermediate point of fixed positions where an upper portion of the housing and a lower portion of the housing are fixed to each other.

Electronic control device

An electronic control device includes a housing that stores a substrate on which an electronic component is mounted, a first capacitance unit formed between the housing and the electronic component, and a second capacitance unit formed between the housing and the substrate, in which a noise transmission path is formed between the housing and the substrate via the first capacitance unit and the second capacitance unit.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a small electromagnetic wave detection apparatus. This electromagnetic wave detection apparatus has: a planar Luneburg lens, which is covered with metal plates facing each other, and which changes the output direction of electromagnetic waves corresponding to the input direction of the electromagnetic waves; and an electric field sensor electrically connected to the metal plates. The electric field sensor detects the electromagnetic waves outputted from the Luneburg lens, and outputs a detection signal having an intensity corresponding to the direction in which the electromagnetic waves have traveled thereto, and the level of the energy of the electromagnetic waves thus detected.

Electromagnetic wave detection apparatus

A low noise communication cable is provided having a plurality of internal conductors covered by one or a plurality of cable shields, which are covered by a cable insulator. The cable includes a quarter wavelength sleeve choke outside the cable insulator connected to the cable shield by means of a conducting support. The sleeve choke reduces the noise current flowing on the external surface of the cable shield.
