Provided herein are compositions of Formula I useful for imaging HER3. The structure of Formula I is A-B-C, where A is an imaging agent, B is a linking group or a covalent bond, and C is a polypeptide comprising from about 9 to about 75 amino acids and contains a disulfide bond between two cysteine groups. An exemplary composition provided herein is useful as a radiotracer for position emission tomography (PET) imaging. Methods of imaging HER3 and combination therapies comprising the HER3 imaging agents are also provided.

HER3 peptides for imaging and radiotherapy

Provided herein are compounds useful for imaging granzyme B. An exemplary compound provided herein is useful as a radiotracer for position emission tomography (PET) and/or single photon emission tomography (SPECT) imaging. Methods of imaging granzyme B, combination therapies, and kits comprising the granzyme B imaging agents are also provided.

An optical imaging method for analyzing an ex vivo tissue sample of a subject is provided. The method includes obtaining the ex vivo tissue sample, preparing the ex vivo tissue sample onto a sample receptacle of an optical imaging system, and emitting excitation light toward the ex vivo tissue sample. The method also includes acquiring imaging data of light emitted by the ex vivo tissue sample in response to the excitation light, analyzing the imaging data to determine whether the ex vivo tissue sample contains pathologic tissue, and generating an output indicating to an operator whether the ex vivo tissue sample contains pathologic tissue.

Optical pathology systems and methods

An intramolecularly-quenched, near infrared fluorescence probe that emits substantial fluorescence only after interaction with a target tissue (i.e., activation) is disclosed. The probe includes a polymeric backbone and a plurality of near infrared fluorochromes covalently linked to the backbone at fluorescence-quenching interaction-permissive positions separable by enzymatic cleavage at fluorescence activation sites. The probe optionally includes protective chains or fluorochrome spacers, or both. Also disclosed are methods of using the intramolecularly-quenched, near infrared fluorescence probes for in vivo optical imaging.

Intramolecularly-quenched near infrared fluorescent probes

An imaging system divides image pixels intensities by exposure time to generate image data in units of intensity per time. The imaging system divides a fluorescent light image in intensity per time units by an excitation light image in intensity per time units to provide a quantitative corrected fluorescent light image that is generally invariant to position of an imaging instrument relative to a biological tissue being imaged.
