The invention provides a composition comprising an active ingredient with a maximum solubility in water at 20&#xb0; C. of 10 g/l, and a hyperbranched polyester based on a hydrophobic dicarboxylic acid and a trifunctional alcohol. The invention further relates to the hyperbranched polyester mentioned, to a process for preparation thereof and to the use thereof for solubilizing an active ingredient with a maximum solubility in water at 20&#xb0; C. of 10 g/l in aqueous solutions.

The present invention relates to a liquid composition comprising A) an organic active ingredient which is sparingly water-soluble and sparingly oil-soluble, in dissolved form, B) an oil which is soluble in water at 20&#xb0; C. to at most 20 g/l, and C) an ionic liquid comprising a cation and an anion as described below. Also provided is a process for the preparation of the liquid composition, where the active ingredient, the oil and the ionic liquid are brought into contact; and also the use of the ionic liquid for increasing the solubility of the active ingredient in an oil.

The present invention relates to a novel liquid formulation for crop protection which comprises a) pyraclostrobin; b) at least one organic solvent S1 with a water solubility of less than 2 g/l at 20&#xb0; C.; c) at least one organic solvent S2 with a water solubility of at least 2 g/l at 20&#xb0; C., where S2 comprises at least one solvent S2.1 with a water solubility of more than 200 g/l at 20&#xb0; C. and optionally at least one solvent S2.2 with a water solubility of 2 to 200 g/l at 20&#xb0; C.; d) at least one anionic surface-active substance SA1; e) at least one nonionic surface-active substance SA2; and f) water. The invention also relates to the use of the crop protection formulation for treatment of plants and seed, and to corresponding methods.

An object of the present invention is a process for the preparation of particles which comprise two agrochemical active ingredients in amorphous form, where a melt comprising the two molten agrochemical active ingredients is emulsified in an aqueous solution and cooled.
