A scanning device includes a transmitter, a receiver, and a rotor that is configured to be mounted in a rotatable manner about an axis of rotation. The transmitter is configured to at least occasionally emit electromagnetic radiation, and the receiver is configured to sense at least part of the electromagnetic radiation reflected and/or scattered by an object. The transmitter and the receiver are arranged on the rotor in an at least partially axially overlapping manner based on the axis of rotation.

The invention relates to a light-source assembly, comprising at least one laser light source, a photoluminescence element, which is designed in such a way that, as the result of incident laser light, a mixed light distribution can be emitted by using photoluminescence and which is arranged in such a way that the laser light of the at least one laser light source can be radiated onto the photoluminescence element, and at least one light-emitting diode for emitting a supplemental light distribution, wherein the at least one laser light source, the photoluminescence element, and the at least one light-emitting diode are fastened to a common carrier component as an assembly. Light source module for motor vehicle headlamps

The invention relates to a projection module of an automobile headlight. The module includes several semiconductor light sources to broadcast optical irradiation of a primary optics assembly to bundle the emitted irradiation, and a secondary optics assembly that projects the bundled irradiation to create the desired light distribution in front of the vehicle. In order to reduce the weight and dimensions of the projection module, it is proposed that the secondary optics assembly is formed as a multi-part complex lens that includes several lens segments. Each of these lens segments is assigned to at least one irradiation bundle of irradiation bundled from the primary optics assembly, and projects this assembly as partial distribution in front of the vehicle, whereby the overall distribution of the projection module results from overlapping the partial distributions.
