A wiring harness plug connector. The wiring harness plug connector encompasses a contact carrier and at least one electrical lead. The contact carrier has at least one passthrough conduit for the at least one electrical lead. The at least one electrical lead is passed through the passthrough conduit in an insertion direction. The contact carrier has, in front of the at least one passthrough conduit when viewed in the insertion direction, a partition that surrounds a sealing space. Provision is made that the sealing space is filled with a sealant in such a way, and that the sealant at least locally fills up the at least one passthrough conduit in such a way, that the at least one electrical lead is surrounded in fluid-tight fashion.

A contact for a plug connector has: a housing; and a primary lance which projects obliquely outwardly over the housing counter to a plug-in direction and which is inwardly deflectable for restraining the contact plugged into a contact chamber of a plug connector. The primary lance has both a stiffened region and a resiliently deformable region which is curved and extends at least partially in the plug-in direction. The stiffened region has a crimp that extends in the longitudinal direction. A supporting region is additionally provided, against whose contact surface the primary lance rests in response to a tensile load on the contact.

A direct plug element for contacting an electrical contact includes: a two-piece flexible direct contact having a first, separate spring element, and a second, separate spring element, the first spring element and the second spring element being situated one behind the other in a contact direction, and a first spring force of the first spring element and a second spring force of the second spring element is directed in essentially the same direction, and the second spring element includes a contact region.

In a plug connection for the direct electrical contacting of contact surfaces on a circuit board, having a plug receptacle associated with the circuit board, into which the circuit board extends, having a plug pluggable into the plug receptacle, which has a contact carrier having contact elements for the direct electrical contacting of the contact surfaces of the circuit board, and having a contact pressure spring device for pressing the contact elements of the contact carrier against the contact surfaces of the circuit board, the contact pressure spring device is provided in the plug receptacle.

A connector element includes: at least two contact elements; and at least one latching element which has two diametrically opposed detents, which latching element is situated between the at least two contact elements. The at least one latching element is configured to be pivotable or bendable, and the two contact elements each have a recess for establishing a form-fit connection to one of the detents of the latching element. The recess is further configured to enable the latching element to be pivoted or bent in the direction of one of the two contact elements, so that the form-fit connection between the other contact element and the associated detent is able to be released.

A contact is provided for latching in a contact chamber of a plug connection element. The contact has a contact box having an upper wall, a lower wall, and two opposing side walls. A primary locking lance protrudes resiliently diagonally outward from the upper wall. To protect the primary locking lance against harmful plastic deformations due to externally attacking forces, at least one of the side walls, in an area laterally adjoining the primary locking lance, is configured to protrude outward beyond a plane of the upper wall. An outside edge is bent toward the primary locking lance, so that it overlaps a side edge of the primary locking lance so that it counteracts outward bending of the primary locking lance in a form-locked manner.

In a method for longitudinal sealing of electrical conductors that include one or more conductor elements disposed inside an external sheath, and include cavities between the individual conductor elements and between the individual conductor elements and the external sheath, in which the one end, requiring sealing, of the conductor is immersed in a liquid sealing compound, and the other end of the conductor has negative pressure applied to it. A sealing apparatus suitable for carrying out said method encompasses a supply reservoir for the liquid sealing compound into which the one end, requiring sealing, of the conductor is immersed, and a negative-pressure source to which the other end of the conductor is connected.

Apparatus and method for longitudinal sealing of electrical lines

Disclosed is a contacting connector () comprising a contacting plug () and a contacting socket () which is assigned, preferably joined in a defined position, to a contact carrier (), particularly a printed board (). The contacting plug () is fitted with at least one contact element () while the contact carrier () is provided with at least one contact surface (), preferably a land () or a strip conductor. A receiving direction (a) that corresponds to a plug-in direction is defined between the contacting plug () and the contact carrier () while the contact element () lies on the contact carrier () with a certain contact force (F). The inventive contacting connector () is characterized in that the contact force (F) is independent of a force (F) acting between the contacting socket () and the contact carrier ().
