According to one aspect of the application, a device for driving a fastening element into a substrate has an energy-transfer element for transferring energy to the fastening element. The energy-transfer element can move preferably between a starting position and a setting position, wherein the energy-transfer element is located, before a driving-in procedure, in the starting position and, after the driving-in procedure, in the setting position. According to another aspect of the application, the device comprises a mechanical-energy storage device for storing mechanical energy. The energy-transfer element is then suitable preferably for transferring energy from the mechanical-energy storage device to the fastening element.

Driving device

In accordance with an aspect of the application, a device for the driving in of an affixing element into a substrate has an energy transfer element for the transfer of energy to the affixing element. Preferably, the energy transfer element can be moved between a starting position and a placement position, wherein the energy transfer element is located in the starting position before a driving-in process and in the placement position, after the driving-in process. In accordance with another aspect of the application, the device comprises a mechanical energy storage unit for the storage of mechanical energy. The energy transfer element is then preferably suited for the transfer of energy from the mechanical energy storage unit to the affixing element.

Drive-in device

The invention relates to a fastener driving tool comprising a tank () for storing a fluid, in particular liquefied petroleum gas, a combustion chamber () connected to the tank (), wherein the combustion chamber () has a movable piston () for powering a driving plunger (), and a metering device () arranged between the tank () and the combustion chamber (), wherein the metering device () has a movable displacement member () for ejecting the fuel out of a metering space (), wherein the displacement member () can be moved by an actuation force from a first power source in a displacement direction against a pressure of the fuel, wherein an additional supporting force from a second power source acts on the displacement member ().

Fastener driving tool

An arrangement having at least one valve, in particular a vacuum valve, with a closure member of the valve for closing a through-opening of the valve and a drive for adjusting the closure member between a closed position, in which the closure member closes the through-opening, and at least one open position, in which the closure member opens the through-opening at least in regions. For the thermal loading of the closure member, the valve has a chamber for a heat transfer fluid, connected in a thermally conducting manner to the closure member and closed off, preferably permanently, in relation to the through-opening. A supply line of the arrangement opens into the chamber, supplying heat transfer fluid for the thermal loading of the closure member to the chamber. At least one heat exchanger for the thermal loading of the heat transfer fluid is arranged in the supply line.

The present invention is directed to a combustion-operated setting device () with a combustion chamber () for a combustible propellant, an ignition device () for generating an ignition spark in the combustion chamber (), a metering device () for metering the propellant, and control electronics () for the ignition device () and the metering device (). In order to improve the control electronics (), the control electronics () have at least two logically separated circuits.
