The present invention pertains to a device with nonlethal interference active bodies for combating aircraft, which violate or do not heed flight bans, etc., and can be forced to land due to vibrations and interferences in the air current on the aerodynamic surfaces. A series of embodiments are described and depicted in the figures of the drawing.

A device for the sensor signature reduction of cargo to be dropped from the air comprises a covering that essentially completely surrounds the cargo, which is made of a flexible material having a surface that reflects the expected radar radiation, wherein it is provided with openings for the inlet of ram air.

An igniter is provided with the acoustic sensor and is adjustable in terms of frequency and/or pulse pattern. A remover preventer is provided and the components are provided in a shell-proof housing whereby removal triggers the marking means.

A load glider has, between the parachute surface and the load, a device in which a reversible transfer of mechanical energy from the main lines to the steering lines takes place, so that essentially only frictional forces are to be overcome during the operation of the steering lines. The device includes two differential gears, which are arranged in parallel and are accommodated in housings in which a steering line is wound up on a roller with a larger diameter and a main line is wound up on the other roller with a small diameter. Gears, which can be driven by pinions driven by electric motors, are flanged onto the larger rollers.

An intercept device for flying objects is formed of a lightweight, small-volume, packable structure made of a tear-resistant, pliable material, which can be stretched to a large, two-dimensional or three-dimensional expansion by means of a deployment device. To reduce the velocity of the intercepted flying objects, activatable, aerodynamic resistance bodies are incorporated into the structure. To end the intercept procedure, elements are integrated into the structure, which consist of material that can be destroyed from outside by means of high-energy beams and/or chemical reagents, or that destroys itself, or the structure as a whole consists of such material.

Submunition is transported by a carrier to a target area and launched there, whereupon it covers a preset distance at a constant altitude at an angle to the flight axis of the carrier. The submunition has a target sensor and a payload, and is equipped with an altimeter as well as a circuit to evaluate the altimeter readings, and with at least one altitude/roll rudder controllable by this circuit.

An injection module for a subammunition container, of the type in which subammunitions, ejected transversely to the flight direction of the subammunition container, are situated in front of driving devices which are actuated by gas-generator-driven ejecting pistons. The ejecting pistons are arranged transversely with respect to the flight direction, and may extend along half the width or the full width of the ejecting module. The gas generator may be arranged transversely or longitudinally of the flight direction.

A plurality of separate projectiles is held together in a multiple shell or cluster shell, in the form of a stack. At least two parallel springy flat bands (7) extend lengthwise around the stack. The flat bands (7) are looped around the front end and the free band ends engage the rare end of the stack with hooks (9). A tensioning element engages and holds the hooks (9) and thus the bands (7) tightly to the stack. After the shell is fired the tensioning element is served, e.g. by a cutter (19) so that the flat bands (7) spring or flare open to release and distribute the separate projectiles. The release means is equipped to either cause release immediately after the shell has left the firing tube (4) or with a delay. A front end plate (16) and a rear end plate (17) may be arranged at the ends of the stack. Intermediate plates (26) may be arranged between adjacent projectiles. Parachutes may be provided to pull the separate projectiles from the shell stack in sequence as the projectile bodies are released by the flat springy bands in order to realize with the separate projectile bodies various desired impact scatter or cluster patterns on ground.

The invention relates to a drone-type missile for combatting ground targets from the ground, particularly for the use against targets which emit electromagnetic rays, such as radar stations; with built-in target-seeking head, guidance system, self-propulsion and take-off assist, preferably a booster rocket.

The spread bombing is effected by a plurality of guided bombs transported by a carrier aircraft near to a target area. The guided bombs are provided with respective programmable storage devices and a freely selectable target coverage pattern is provided by supplying the storage devices with selected different respective guide programs which can be adjusted, both on the ground, prior to an attack on a target area, and in the carrier aircraft, during the attack, as a function of the locating of the target and the preselected target coverage pattern. The different guide programs are transformed into respective different guide commands which are stored in the respective storage devices of the individually guided bombs. The bombs are simultaneously released from the carrier aircraft and the stored guide commands guide the respective bombs into different respective trajectories so that the bombs strike the target area in a predetermined coverage density corresponding to the selected target coverage pattern. The carrier aircraft carries a weapon computer by which the aircraft can be brought into a flight position predeterminable by the weapon computer for simultaneous release of the guided bombs.
