A hybrid drive assembly includes an internal combustion engine as a first drive machine having a first drive shaft, an electromechanical energy converter as a second drive machine having a second drive shaft, a switchable traction transmission device with a first transmission input shaft selectively connected to the first drive shaft, and a second transmission input shaft connected to the second drive shaft. The traction transmission device has an input planetary gear set having at least three transmission shafts, an input sun gear shaft, an input ring gear shaft, and an input planet carrier shaft. One of which is the first transmission input shaft, with a first torsional vibration reducing device arranged between it and the first drive shaft. Another of which is the second transmission input shaft, with a second torsional vibration reducing device arranged between it and the second drive shaft.

A coupling device has two components which are rotatable relative to one another, a recess which is provided on the first component, and a locking element which is held movably on the second component and is movable relative to the components between a locking position in which the locking element engages in the recess and a release position in which engagement of the locking element in the recess is prevented. An actuating device is provided which is displaceable relative to the components and relative to the locking element and which has an actuating element formed from a first material, by which a movement of the locking element out of one of the positions into the other position can be effected by displacement of the actuating device. The actuating device has a main body which is formed from a second material which is different from the first material.

A transmission assembly may include a first transmission input shaft and a second transmission input shaft. The first transmission input shaft and the second transmission input shaft are torque-transmittingly coupled to a first planetary transmission. A transmission output shaft of the transmission assembly is also torque-transmittingly coupled to a second planetary transmission. In the power flow, a first spur gear is arranged between the first planetary transmission and the second planetary transmission. In addition, a drive unit for driving a first vehicle axle is proposed, which has a transmission assembly of this type.

A hybrid drive train for a vehicle has at least one internal combustion engine with an internal combustion engine drive shaft, in particular a crankshaft, and at least one first electrical machine with a first electrical machine drive shaft. The internal combustion engine and the first electrical machine are designed to transfer a torque to at least one drive axle. A transmission has a transmission input shaft and a transmission output shaft which is operatively connected to a first drive axle that can be driven by the internal combustion engine. The transmission input shaft of the transmission is connected at least to the internal combustion engine drive shaft of the internal combustion engine in order to transfer a torque from the internal combustion engine to the transmission input shaft and further to the first drive axle. The transmission input shaft and the internal combustion engine drive shaft of the internal combustion engine are arranged parallel to each other.

A valve device for an automatic transmission for a vehicle, preferably for a motor or utility vehicle, is provided. According to the invention, the valve device is designed such that the valve device can achieve the establishment and separation of a fluid connection between an operating pressure side and an actuator pressure side, each in a state operated without pressure. Further, an automatic transmission having such a valve device and a corresponding method for controlling such a valve device are provided.

Shifting device for shifting a transmission, having a first group of shift elements and a second group of shift elements, a selector shaft, which is arranged in such a way that it can be moved in translation along a longitudinal axis and rotated about the longitudinal axis, wherein it is possible, by moving the selector shaft into one of a plurality of possible translational positions, to select at least one shift element of the first group and at least one shift element of the second group and, by rotating the selector shaft, to actuate the selected shift elements. The at least one selected shift element of the first group can be actuated in phase or with an overlapping phase displacement or an offset phase displacement with respect to the at least one selected shift element of the second group.

A clutch assembly for a motor vehicle drivetrain for coupling coupling elements for conjoint rotation includes a clutch unit, a brake unit and at least one permanent magnet between the clutch unit and the brake unit. The clutch unit is shiftable into a coupling state in which the coupling elements are coupled to one another by shifting the clutch unit from a first position in which the coupling elements are decoupled into a second position in which the coupling elements are coupled. First and second electrically energizable coils are electrically energizable to move the permanent magnet from the first position into the second position or vice versa. A holding plate is located adjacent to the at least one permanent magnet to suppress magnetic flux from the at least one permanent magnet to the brake unit. A motor vehicle drivetrain containing at least one clutch assembly is also provided.

A drive machine coupling device for a motor vehicle with a hybrid drive is provided. The device includes an input shaft designed to receive the drive power provided by a first drive machine, an output shaft designed to output the drive power, and a first coupling device arranged between the input shaft and the output shaft. By way of the first coupling device, a torque can selectively be transmitted from the input shaft to the output shaft. The coupling device can be directly coupled to the output shaft. An additional coupling device is arranged between the input shaft and the output shaft, and can be directly coupled to the output shaft, such that a torque can selectively be transmitted from the input shaft to the output shaft. The additional coupling device is arranged parallel to the first coupling device with respect to the torque transmission.

A combined multistage hybrid transmission has a transmission housing; a transmission input shaft; a transmission output shaft; a first planetary gear set with a first sun pinion, a first ring gear, and a first carrier shaft on which at least one first planetary gear is rotatably mounted; a second planetary gear set with a second sun pinion, a second ring gear, and a second carrier shaft on which at least one second planetary gear is rotatably mounted. An electromechanical energy converter is rotationally fixed to the first sun pinion, wherein the first ring gear is rotationally fixed to the second sun pinion by an intermediate shaft. The transmission output shaft is arranged axially parallel and at a radial distance to the transmission input shaft. The drive power can be transmitted from the transmission input shaft by a first spur gear stage with a first transmission input spur gear and a first transmission output spur gear and by a second spur gear stage with a second transmission input spur gear and a second transmission output spur gear. The two transmission output spur gears are concentric to the transmission output shaft and the two transmission input spur gears are concentric to the transmission input shaft. The first transmission input spur gear is or can be rotationally fixed to the intermediate shaft, and the second transmission input spur gear is or can be rotationally fixed to the second ring gear.

Combined multistage hybrid transmission and powertrain comprising same

A hybrid planetary gear transmission includes first, second and third planetary gear sets with respective sun, ring and planetary gears, the three planetary gear sets being arranged at a distance from each other concentrically to a common transmission axis, a transmission input shaft for receiving drive power from at least one drive machine, and a transmission output shaft for outputting drive power to a drive train. The hybrid transmission further includes a first coupling system for selectively connecting the transmission input shaft to the sun gear of the first planetary gear set, a second coupling device for selectively connecting the transmission input shaft to the planetary gear carrier of the first planetary gear set, and a connection between the ring gear of the third planetary gear set to the planetary carrier of the second planetary gear set. A sun gear of additional planetary gear set is rotationally mounted with respect to the transmission housing, and a planetary gear carrier of the additional planetary gear set may be connected to a first drive machine and a ring gear of the additional planetary gear set may be connected to a second drive machine, such that drive power can be transferred from the planetary gear carrier of the additional planetary gear set to the transmission input shaft.

Hybrid transmission

A drive unit is provided for a motor vehicle, including an internal combustion engine with an output shaft, a starting element that can be driven by the output shaft, a transmission that can be driven by the output shaft via the starting element, and a bellows mechanism via which the starting element can be driven by the output shaft. The bellows is configured as a folding bellows with a plurality of walls overlapping each other in the axial direction, such that the bellows can be pulled apart and compressed again without the bellows being damaged or deformed plastically as a result. The bellows is utilized as a balancing clutch, via which the starting element is coupled to the output shaft, such that torques are transmitted via the bellows between the starting element and the output shaft.

A hybrid drive for a hybrid vehicle is provided. The hybrid drive includes an internal combustion engine having a crankshaft, and an electric motor. The electric motor is coupled to the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine by way of an automatically shifting transmission.

A hybrid drive module for a motor vehicle is provided. The hybrid drive module includes a planetary gear stage with a sun gear, a ring gear, a planetary gear carrier and at least one planetary gear that is rotatably mounted with respect to the planetary gear carrier. The hybrid drive module also includes an electric drive machine having a stator and a rotor. The ring gear and the rotor, and the planetary gear carrier and a separation clutch can be connected in a torque-conducting manner. The separation clutch is configured to interrupt the torque transfer to the planetary gear carrier, and the ring gear is arranged in the radial and axial directions at least in sections inside the rotor. The planetary gear carrier is mounted with the axial bearing and the radial bearing in a rotatable manner with respect to the housing.

A hybrid module for a powertrain includes a drive, a first coupling section that couples the hybrid module to a transmission, and a second coupling section that couples the hybrid module to an internal combustion engine. The second coupling section includes a shifting arrangement having at least two shift elements which can take an initial and a shift position.
