A method for determining a longitudinal tire stiffness (K) for at least one wheel on a motor vehicle while the motor vehicle is in operation, may include generating a sinusoidal modulation of an axle drive torque or wheel drive torque necessary for maintaining the current vehicle speed (v), or a braking torque or recuperation torque necessary for maintaining the current braking power in at least one wheel for a sinusoidal excitation of a wheel rotational rate (ω), such that a sinusoidal oscillation in the wheel rotational rate is induced. The method may also include detecting the resulting sinusoidal oscillation in the wheel rotational rate, determining the amplitude (ω) of the oscillation in the wheel rotational rate induced, and determining longitudinal tire stiffness (K) from the amplitude (ω). A corresponding apparatus for carrying out the method may be included.

Method and device for determining longitudinal tire stiffness

The disclosure relates to a process of ascertaining an input variable of a vehicle actuator using a model-based predictive control. A processor unit accesses trajectory information and a state data set, which represents a state of surroundings of a vehicle, the vehicle, and/or the vehicle, by an interface. The processor unit carries out a secondary condition algorithm in order to calculate a secondary condition and an MPC algorithm for a model-based predictive control. By carrying out the secondary condition algorithm, a secondary condition is ascertained for the MPC algorithm based on the trajectory information and the state data set. By carrying out the MPC algorithm, an input variable is ascertained for an actuator of the vehicle based on the secondary condition. This is carried out such that in a future predicted trajectory, the vehicle follows the specified trajectory with a specified degree of reliability.

A gearwheel for a gear system for a planetary gear system of a chassis assistance system. The gearwheel is divided into at least a first spur gear and a second spur gear which are spaced apart from one another along a common rotational axis. The gearwheel has, in addition, an open spring ring with a first end, which is supported in a circumferential direction against the first spur gear, and a second end, which is supported in the direction opposite to the circumferential direction against the second spur gear in such manner that by rotating the spur gears, relative to one another about the common rotational axis, the spring ring can be stressed in order to exert a restoring torque on the spur gears. A recess is formed on at least one of the spur gears for holding part of the spring ring.

The present disclosure describes a parking lock gear mechanism including a planetary gear train with a sun gear, a ring gear, and at least one planet gear that meshes with the sun gear and the ring gear. The at least one planet gear may be attached to a rotating planet carrier. The parking lock gear mechanism may also have a spring unit coupled to the ring gear, where the spring unit is configured such that it is tensioned by a rotation of the ring gear, and exerts a torque and/or force on the ring gear when it is tensioned. A mechanism for changing the operating condition of a shifting element having two shifting element halves, which can either be functionally connected to connect two components or disengaged to break the connection between the components. The mechanism includes a drive machine and a drive converter unit in the area of which rotary drive motion of the drive machine can be converted into a translational actuation movement of the shifting element. A spring device is associated with the drive converter unit, whose spring force assists with actuating the shifting element in the engaging direction. The spring device includes an approximately circular flat spring element which, in at least one area of the drive converter unit, is in contact with at least one cam, whose stress condition varies as a function of an operating condition of the drive converter unit and is designed to be rotationally fixed.

A drive train arrangement for a vehicle comprising a main transmission and a transfer box which are both housed within a transmission housing. The transfer box comprises a drive output which is connected to a rear axle differential transmission and connectable, by a torque transmission element and a connecting shaft, to a front axle differential transmission. The connecting shaft is arranged at a predetermined angle relative to the drive output shaft of the main transmission. The end of the connecting shaft, facing toward the front axle differential transmission, is actively connected to the front axle differential transmission.
