An adsorption refrigeration device includes a first chamber with an adsorber/desorber material and a second chamber with an evaporator/condenser device. The first and second chambers are in fluid connection via a pipeline. The fluid connection between the chambers is blocked in a first functional position and opened in a second functional position via a valve device that is arranged in the pipeline. The valve device has a valve element with a variable diameter. The valve element has two functional positions. In the first functional position, the valve element has a first diameter by which it fills an internal cross section of the pipeline with tight contact with an inner wall of the pipeline. In the second functional position, the valve element has a second diameter that is smaller than the first diameter such that a gap is opened between the inner wall of the pipeline and the valve element.

The invention relates to a dual clutch for a dual clutch transmission for transmitting a torque from a drive shaft to at least one drive shaft, which comprises a first clutch, a second clutch, and an electrical actuating device. The actuating device comprises a coupling slide, wherein a first slide of the coupling slide acts on the first clutch, and a second slide of the coupling slide acts on the second clutch, and the two slides are movable in such a way that by displacing the slides a recoupling process is controlled.

A locking device for use in motor-vehicle steering systems, the locking device having a blocking mechanism by which a pitman arm shaft can be locked, a steering wheel of the motor vehicle can be prevented from rotating and vehicle wheels of the motor vehicle can be prevented from being turned or steered. The blocking mechanism includes two end positions, one of which is unlocked and one of which is locked, and is electromechanically operable. An electromagnet causes concentric external gear teeth of the pitman arm shaft to mesh with internal gear teeth of an axially movable and radially non-rotatable locking ring so that the pitman arm shaft is not rotatable in the locked state.

Locking device for the steering system of motor vehicles

A closure for a tank, in particular a fuel tank for a motor vehicle or the like, that has a tank filling pipe which can be closed with a closure flap, is described. The closure flap has a locking device with which it can be locked and unlocked and is also connected by a hinge or the like, so that it can move into the interior of the tank filling pipe. The locking device is located completely beneath the closure flap so that the closure flap can be locked and unlocked. Thus the locking device is not accessible from the outside, so it cannot be damaged or operated by an unauthorized party. The tank filling pipe can also be sealed airtight by the closure flap or by a closure valve arranged in the tank filling pipe.

The valve control device has an axially movable gas exchange valve member whose valve member shaft is coupled to a piston rod to a differential piston that can be hydraulically actuated. The differential piston is embodied as two piston parts, wherein the two piston parts are disposed in relation to one another in such a way that they are operatively connected to each other in the axial direction and can execute a radial relative movement in relation to each other.
