A fire-fighting nozzle includes a tubular inlet having an inlet opening, the inlet extending along a longitudinal axis from the inlet opening toward a shut-off valve, a tubular outlet having at least one nozzle opening, the outlet extending along a transverse axis transverse to the longitudinal axis toward the nozzle opening, and a sealing valve being arranged between the inlet and the nozzle opening and sealing the outlet in a sealing region with respect to the inlet. A radial distance of the sealing region from the longitudinal axis is smaller than or equal to a smallest radial distance of the inner circumferential surface of the inlet opening from the longitudinal axis in a region between the inlet opening and the sealing region.

A line connector for a urea-water solution in an SCR catalytic converter system. The line connector has two mutually separate flow paths for two fluid media, one for a functional medium and another for a temperature control medium for controlling the temperature of the functional medium. The line connector includes a connector body having a first connection for a first line conducting a functional medium, a second connection conducting a temperature control medium, and a third connection for a double line having an inner line and a coaxial outer line. The third connection has an inner connecting element with an inner passage and an outer connecting element with an outer passage. The connector body is formed in its interior such that the first and second connections merge separately from one another into the inner and outer passages, respectively, of the third connection.

The present invention relates to an electrically heatable media line comprising a fluid line and at least one line connector, which comprises a fluid connector connected to a line end of the fluid line and an outer housing. The fluid line and the line connector each have electrical heating means, wherein the fluid connector is enclosed at least in the region of the heating means and together with an end section of the fluid line by the housing. The housing has fixing means for accommodating, in a mechanically fixing manner, the fluid connector with the connected line end and electrical conductors and conductor connectors of the heating means.

A gas vane pump wherein a lubricant is intermittently introduced into a housing during rotation of a rotor, through a supply passage formed through the housing and the rotor, and the relative position between the rotor having a diametric hole and the housing having a communication groove is determined such that when the rotor is at an angular position in the middle of a predetermined angular range relative to the housing and the hole is in communication with the groove, a point of contact between a vane movably held by the rotor and the inner circumferential surface of the housing is located at the lowest position of the inner circumferential surface. When the rotor is stopped within the predetermined angular range, the vane divides the remaining lubricant into two portions, which are discharged at different times, making it possible to reduce the load on the vane upon restarting the pump.

Gas vane pump, and method of operating the pump

A radial piston pump includes cylinders oriented radially to an axis of rotation of an eccentric shaft and pistons arranged radially movably in the cylinders against the force of a spring member such that the pistons are pressed radially outwards by the rotational movement of an eccentric and radially inwards by the spring members. The pistons have at least one inlet opening connected to an inlet chamber of a pumping medium in the radially inner position of the pistons, and the pumping medium is pressed into a pressure area during the radially outward movement of the pistons. An eccentric shaft is mounted in sliding bearings arranged on both sides of the eccentric and the shaft is traction driven. A pressure connection between an annular duct and one of the sliding bearings advantageously provides a bearing gap between the sliding bearing and the eccentric shaft to constantly supply a close film of oil which has a damping effect upon the radial movements of the eccentric shaft. Thus, there is less noise due to the mechanical contact of the eccentric shaft with the sliding bearing.

Radial piston pump

A radial piston pump having a shaft which is mounted in a pump housing an eccentric in the shaft and a stationary piston ring surrounding the eccentric. The piston ring receives the pistons arranged in radial direction to the shaft and surrounding the eccentric. The piston ring is provided with bore holes that open toward the eccentric, for receiving the pistons. The bore holes are closed off at their ends facing away from the eccentric by respective closure plugs. The piston ring is surrounded by a portion of the pump housing, e.g., an annular wall part, so that a liquid filled chamber is defined at least between the closure plugs and the inner side of the portion of the pump housing.
