A flame-retardant composite glass including a plurality of glass panes and a flame-retardant intermediate layer that is arranged between two first glass panes and includes a flame-retardant material that foams or swells up in the event of a fire, as well as an attack-resistant layer having a transparent plastic that is solid at room temperature. The flame-retardant composite glass has, between the first glass panes, an edge compound extending along and around the edges such that a chamber filled with said flame-retardant material is defined by the first glass panes and the edge compound. Between at least one of the first glass panes and the flame-retardant material, a primer layer is arranged that includes a material whose adhesion to the flame-retardant intermediate layer and/or to the glass pane becomes weaker in flame-retardant test conditions than it is in room temperature conditions.

Composite glass

A window pane for attenuating the effect of a pressure or shock wave after an explosion, in which the window pane includes a safety element and at least two panes, placed at a distance from one another and enclosing a space between them, which are assembled together in their edge regions with aid of a spacing frame with formation of edge grooves. In the window pane the safety element is flexible, includes a material with a high tear strength, and is placed inside at least one of the edge grooves, and at least one end of the safety element is fed out of the edge groove.

Window pane with security element

An assembly element to be inserted into a bore, with two compensating elements fitting one into the other and having eccentric bores. The assembly element is provided for transmission of forces to the inner surface of the hole of the bore and for positioning the longitudinal axes of a fastening element within the through-bore, and is produced with a smaller radial dimension with respect to at least one exit of the bore in the outer face of the plate for forming a slot and can be fastened in the bore by a sealing agent filling the slot. An assembly element for a laminated pane, which includes at least three individual panes and has at least one hole passing through all the individual panes for installing or accommodating a rod-shaped fastening element, includes an attached element with a through-bore to be fastened to the outer panes, and a mechanism for aligning deviations of the hole centers of the two through-bores. The rod-shaped fastening element can be inserted at least indirectly into the aligned through-bores.

Assembly element to be inserted in a bore

An element for fixing or a fastener for plates, particularly for sheets of glass, which includes an elongate pivot to be fixed to a framework and which has a free end and a hollow housing the free end in a moveable way. Tilting movements of the longitudinal axis of the pivot in the hollow housing are possible. The free end of the pivot is introduced with limitable axial mobility into a bore of an articulation element pivotably supporting the pivot in the hollow housing. The articulation element may be in the form of a ball and of an elastic sleeve element.
