A dynamo-electrical machine includes a stator and a rotor rotatable relative to the stator about an axis of rotation, the stator and/or the rotor having a plurality of segments arranged one after another in a rotational direction of the rotor, the segments each having opposing ends facing in opposite rotational directions, and being provided with flanges on the opposing ends, with respective flanges of neighboring ones of the segments in confronting relationship, each of the flanges having at least one hole oriented in the rotational direction, the at least one hole of at least one of the respective confronting flanges having an internal thread and threadably receiving a sleeve having an external thread, the respective confronting flanges being spaced apart by the sleeve, wherein a screw is received through the at least one hole of the one of the respective confronting flanges and through the sleeve and engages in the at least one hole of the other one of the respective confronting flanges, thereby exerting a force on the one of the respective confronting flanges, and connects the respective confronting flanges to each other via the sleeve.

Composite electric machine

A rotor for an electric machine has a surface with projections. Each projection protrudes from the rotor in an essentially axial direction and is configured to define a groove between the projection and the surface. The groove of one projection of two adjacent projections and the groove of the other one projection of the two adjacent projections is open towards a region between the adjacent two projections. A cover engages in the grooves of the adjacent two projections, and a sealing compound is applied in the form of a fillet seam between the cover and the adjacent two projections. Received in an intermediate space between the cover and the surface is a permanent magnet, and a pouring compound is received in a remaining hollow space defined between the permanent magnet and the cover and/or the permanent magnet and the surface.

Mounting of permanent magnets on a rotor of an electric machine

In a method an inner segment is first pre-assembled on each of a number of outer segments by at least one fixing element, so as to produce a plurality of segment modules having each a predetermined air gap between the inner segment and the outer segment. The inner segments and the outer segments are assigned to the rotor or stator of the electrical machine. The inner segments of the plurality of segment modules are fastened to an inner assembly device (for example a hub). The outer segments of the plurality of segment modules are fastened to an outer assembly device (for example a supporting structure). Finally, the fixing elements between the inner segments and the outer segments are removed.

Method for assembling a segmented electrical machine while maintaining gaps between segments

A rotor for an electric machine has a rotor member extending circumferentially about the axis of rotation of the rotor, and a locking device in an axial end region of a guide to mount permanent magnets in the direction of the axis of rotation of the rotor. The locking device is retained on the rotor member in the radial direction and in the direction of rotation of the rotor by guides. The locking device has a movable movement element and is designed such that when the movement element is moved, the locking device is positively or non-positively connected to the rotor member.

Rotor for an electric machine

The invention relates to methods for manufacturing a rotor () for an electric machine (), having the following method steps: a) manufacturing a magnetic element () by bonding permanent magnets ('&#x2033;) by means of a first adhesive, each permanent magnet (&#x2032;&#x2033;) having a side with a magnetic North pole (N) and a side with a magnetic South pole (S), the permanent magnets (&#x2032;&#x2033;) being arranged during bonding such that the sides of the magnetic North poles (N) or the sides of the magnetic South poles (S) form a common underside (&#x2032;&#x2033;) of the magnetic elements (), the first adhesive having a hard consistency in the cured state; and b) bonding the underside of the magnetic element () to a yoke () by means of a second adhesive, the second adhesive being soft and elastic in the cured state. Furthermore, the invention relates to an associated rotor. The invention permits rational manufacture of a rotor having a permanent magnet for a machine, the permanent magnets being integrally fixed to the yoke of the rotor with high reliability.
