A line connector having a connector piece with at least one junction portion for junction connection to a media line or to an assembly, a transitional portion contiguous to the junction portion, and a flow duct. In at least the region of the transitional portion, an electrical heating element for the media line is provided in an arrangement at least partially surrounding the flow duct. The connector piece, together with the heating element, is surrounded by an outer cladding. At least one of the junction portions is designed as a hollow, cylindrical receptacle for directly plugging in the end of the media line, the media line being capable of being fastened in a materially integral manner. The junction portion including, at least in regions, a material transparent to laser beams in such a way that the media line can be fastened by way of laser welding.

Line connector for media lines

A pressure limiting valve having a housing head and a housing jacket. An axial inlet opening in a valve base is axially separated from an outlet opening. An inner valve seat connects to the inlet opening and an axially mobile valve piston is arranged to produce a closing force against a pressure (p) acting at the inlet opening. The valve body is formed as a stepped piston with a first step having a first surface that is acted upon in the axial direction by the pressure. The stepped piston has a first axial length that defines a first peripheral throttling gap with an inner surface (of the valve seat. The stepped piston also has a second step with a second surface that may be acted upon in the axial direction by the pressure, and together with the first surface (A), forms a total pressure surface. The second step has a second axial length (L) that defines a second peripheral throttling gap.

Pressure-limiting valve

The present invention relates to an electrically heatable media line (), comprising a fluid line () and at least one fluid connector () connected to a line end (). The fluid line () and the fluid connector () respectively have electric heating means (), wherein the fluid line () and/or the fluid connector () including electric connections () of the heating means () are/is enclosed by a plastic molding compound.

Heatable media line

The invention relates to a pressure limiting valve, in particular for placement in a return line of a common-rail-system of a combustion engine, with an elongate valve housing having an axial inlet opening present on one front end, and at least one outlet opening axially separated from the inlet opening. An interior valve seat for a ball-shaped valve body connects to the inlet opening, whereby a valve piston is positioned between the valve body and a closing spring producing a closing force. An integrated hydraulic throttle dampens the movement of the valve piston in the valve closing direction. A valve-seat insert part has a ring-shaped body with an inlet opening formed on a front end, with the conically expanding valve seat connecting to the inlet opening, as well as with a throttle section with a cylindrical interior area connecting to the valve seat.
