An insert having insert compartments separated from one another by separating walls with at least two insert compartments provided with compartment floors, arranged in different heights, for loading different silverware pieces and/or small dishes. The silverware pieces and/or the small dishes may, depending on their respective length/size/shape, be loaded into the insert compartment having the corresponding compartment floor positioned in a suitable height, so that they stand on the compartment floor and are no longer required to be hung.

The structure includes a plurality of openings for the penetration of a dish washing liquid, the openings being limited by a plurality of ridges crossing in-plane at a plurality of crossing points forming the openings, and the ridges are formed in a sloped structure having a substantially rhomb shaped cross-section.

Arrangement for improving the drying performance of an automatic dishwasher

A fixing element is provided for fixing a household appliance to a part of the kitchen cabinetry, which is adjacent to the household appliance. The fixing element is configured as a fixation lug and is disposed between the household appliance and the part substantially at least over the total height of the part of the kitchen cabinetry. A compact fixing element is thus obtained, which permits a precise, stable, easy and economic fixation of the household appliance into an opening in the kitchen cabinetry. Another advantage of the lateral fixing element is the clean and pleasant aspect thereof. Moreover, flexible use of only one type of fixing element is possible, due to the fact that the element can be used independently of the counter top material as well as in case of elevated mounting of the appliance or in case of a cutout counter top.

A gas-heated dishwasher includes a gas burner for heating the rinsing liquid and drying dishes, which is suitable for drying dishes and heating the rinsing liquid in an efficient way, while, at the same time, making it possible for a worktop to be placed on top of the dishwasher, the gas burner is embodied and disposed in the motor chamber so that it heats at least one closed tubular heating body filled with a fluid during a sub-program dry section and heats the rinsing fluid during the sub-program sections when the rinsing fluid is used.

A pull-out dish rack with a basic rack containing a wire framework for a dishwasher. The basic rack has a U-shaped construction and is fitted with at least a front or rear rack wall connected releasably to the basic rack, as seen by a user who is loading the dish rack with items which are to be washed. The changeover device is disposed in a non-restricting location at the flow heater upstream of the outlet connections with respect to a liquid flow direction and opens and/or closes one of the outlet connections or a number of outlet connections or all the outlet connections are alternately one after the other and/or on a permanent basis.
